Definitely found a new place to take anyone who visits us in Roswell. The BBQ: Perfectly cooked right in front of the restaurant in a drum-style cooker, with the fragrant smoke billowing out to the street. Best way to describe it is to say what it is not...dry, grisly, tough, stringy - which seems to be the norm for some of the more popular BBQ joints in the area. We got sandwiches, served on good quality fresh rolls. The portions were sizeable, with my wife only finishing half of her sandwich. The sides: We tried three different sides...all were good sized portions served in separate cups...all were hits - beans, hash brown casserole (cheesy potatoes), and corn souffle (very filling). Also tried the brunswick stew, which was full of flavor and spice. Banana Pudding: We were stuffed, but the friendly staff convinced us to try the dessert, banana pudding with chunks of bananas, chocolate chips, nilla wafers, and whipped cream...solid end to a great meal, and plenty to bring home. Price: Two of us were stuffed for $25. At first, perhaps it seems a little pricy for barbecue, but well worth it.

Truly delightful BBQ. The food is excellent - MOST of the sides will be the best youve had. I even like their fried okra and I typically HATE the stuff. The cole slaw is tasty, the beans are great, the fries are hand cut - its all great. Even the tea is brewed right. But the BBQ itself is the STAR of the show. I always get the brisket and its always been tender and delish - and I love the different sauces on the tables. I like to mix two together for a custom experience. Sometimes theres live music too - but ... thats not exactly my jam (see what I did there?!) I like to hear my dinner companion. But if you like good live music while you eat - check it out on the weekend at night! They also cater - I had them cater something for work and I was very popular for my choice and we ate for like three days off left overs in the fridge. It was SO YUMMY! I do wish they had a couple more dessert choices - like maybe strawberry shortcake, a cobbler or pie choice - all that fits with their food culture. So, yeah - GOOOOO - RUN dont walk. :)

We (my husband and our 2 kids) went there on Saturday night after having several locals tell us this was the best BBQ in the area. THEY WERE RIGHT!!!! I can cook my own smoked ribs but these were very tasty. I got collards because I didnt want the fries ("starch" but fries are my weakness) but my son got the fries.....THEY WERE SO GOOD. The collards were as well. My husband got brisket and pulled pork and my other soon got a BBQ Sandwich.....not to mention the pinion rings has a batter that is delicious. The bartender (young lady) was friendly and the young man clearing the tables and serving was very quite but I did get him to crack a smile....they even had live music and the man singing was really good.....It is appears to be a come as you are bar but there were couples in there that looked as if they could have been city officials. We are only here for 7 days for the Perfect Game Baseball games and we planned on going back for breakfast and dinner as soon as we get a break in our sschedule.

The food is GREAT! Yawll just dont know how it is when you find a Restaurant, that when you bite into their food, you actually think you are at Bigmamas House on a Sunday afternoon. Here it is, my favorite item on the entire menu is: wait for it..The Brunswick Stew! It is delicious mmmm..my mouth is watering rite now! Im talk n bout its so stupendous seasons want matter.. Last, but not least, the staff put the wafers on the Banana puddn meaning, each and everyone of them have excellent customer service. Everytime I put one pinky-two thru the door I am always greeted with a big smile and excellency and they are very courteous and patient with each and everyone of their customers that walksl thru the front door. Trust me, I am a handful and they were able to make me feel greatly appreciated as one of their favorite and valuable customers. Spiced Rite keep up the good work because you surely have made a believer out of Ms. Vee!

5 words. Hair, lemon seed, unseasoned food. And I got it all for the high price of $16. First off as a BBQ restaurant, I expect the meat to BE SEASONED. So I ordered the BBQ sandwich plate which comes with two sides (I got the baked beans and fries) and a banana pudding. Everything came up to $16 and change. I expected some good tasting food for this price. EVERYTHING was under seasoned if not seasoned at all. The meat in the sandwich tasted like cardboard because again, they didnt season it. Also the baked beans I got as a side has pulled pork in it that is also not seasoned. THEN I open up my banana pudding and the first thing I see is a hair...I scoop the hair out and take a couple of bites and I then find a lemon seed (hoping thats what it was at least). I dont know if they make the pudding with lemon or what but thats what I got. A lemon seed. So all in all for $16 I got a hair, lemon seed and unseasoned food. Enjoy

Great food. Not great attitudes. The best person there is Nicole! But now we are complaining when a lot of people order online for TAKEOUT and how it backs up their system.... I thought they like a lot of business... hence why they are in business... but then complain that no one left a tip on individual orders for takeout... If you are going to complain you will lose a lot of business. If we were all dining in then yes a tip should be given. But take out? Little extreme if you ask me by getting upset about no tips when there was about $160 spent from individual orders. You are charging prices based on cost and labor. If that is not enough then raise your prices and stop complaining to paying customers, because that is how you lose them. *side note instead of complaining about our tips how about we make sure that our orders are right and we are not missing items that we paid for like Orange Juice.

As a self proclaimed barbeque snob (meaning I only like my own), the best barbeque in Atlanta is at Spiced Right. Their pulled pork is out of this world and their banana pudding and sweet tie takes you back to family reunions and church coverage dish dinners in the country. Their sauces are wonderful and my only regret is I get full and have to stop eating. I highly recommend Spiced Right. The prices are great and the food is out of this world. In fact, it is lunch time and I may head to Roswell to stop my mouth from watering.

My ribs and and my husband brisket was so tender, that I could cut through with my fork. The greens were seasoned just right and I am picky about my greens. Potatoe salad was just like grannys. We really wanted to try the corn souffle, so we got a side of that and the banana pudding. The souffle was really good, but sweet and that banana pudding had to be scratch made. No instant pudding there. My husband and I kind of bickered over it. He got the most
