Ive never been so disrespected and belittled today as I have by the owner at Brown Bag Deli (the Indian woman at the counter). I got a table to meet with a friend and went to buy a cup of coffee. She asked me if I wanted to buy lunch as well, but I had already eaten, so I said no. She then told me that the tables are reserved for people who are eating lunch, and tapped inpatiently on a printed label on her cash register saying that between 11-3pm the tables are for lunch customers. She told me that they are very busy at this time, and I was not welcome there. Dumbfounded and shocked by her rudeness, I just looked at her. I have visited this place numerous times in the past, and have spent money there on their overpriced, mediocre sandwiches and kids meals. After being treated rudely by the owner of this restaurant, I will NEVER spend a dime at Brown Bag Deli. This business does not respect its customers!

Pretty mundane fare. We paid $17 for a Caesar salad with microwaved chicken and an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. Exactly 2oz of cream cheese which is enough for one side of the bagel. Extra cream cheese costs extra for the other half. I considered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and asked how the eggs were prepared (wondering scrambled, over easy, etc) and the reply was microwaved.... The chicken on the salad was fine - white meat breast with some blackening seasoning sprinkled on for flavor and the lettuce appeared very fresh with ample amount of Parmesan cheese. The place was neat and clean. But the extra charge for enough schmear for a bagel really chapped me.

Horrible.... For how expensive it was you expect much better. They messed up our order at the beginning not knowing how the combo listed on their menu worked. I had to go to the counter twice before getting my food and then once after because they didnt bring out our sides. For my $9 BLT I got a slice of tomato and two slices of bacon, for the ham club you get two small slices of ham on a soggy bread with very low quality cheese. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Do not eat here. This place is horrible. Management does not care about customers or employees. They have extremely bad customer service. They serve food and drinks that are way past their expiration date (ex: 2 weeks after expiration date). They say their coffee is fresh, but they do not make new coffee everyday. This is one of the worst places I have ever been to. I do not suggest going to this place unless you like poor customer service and expired food.

Not in the least impressed. Most definitely the smallest "deli" sandwich I have ever paid for, and Ive eaten at delis all across this country. Seriously, I make larger sandwiches for my kids lunch. I guess the rent at Town Center is pretty high. The sandwiches ordered by my party were good, but this is not deli quality or portions. Nothing unique about this place unless you just want to be seen here throwing money around.

The egg salad tasted sweet - which may have been find on bread, but Im unable to eat bread, so I had it in a bowl Also, they didnt give me any veggies or adjust the amount of filling when they put it in the bowl, so I paid $7.00 for what looked like maybe 1.5 eggs. I had to pay extra for the bacon and avocado - which was a ridiculous amount for super thin slices that equaled maybe a sixth of an avocado.

We came in very excited because someone had recommended this deli to us. The deli was just about to close, so we ordered it as take out instead. They forgot both our side orders, and main order was a veggie wrap with literally JUST carrots. We checked the receipt and it had charged us for both sides that werent there. By then the deli had already closed, but I was not happy with this place at all.

The food is good, the service is decent, but half the time I go over there theyre closed despite the hours on the door saying that they should still be opened! I dont show up a few minutes before theyre supposed to close, either, I show up an hour or 2 before they are supposed to close. I dont understand it.

The owner is very nice and allows students to study here. Additionally, their sandwiches are good, albeit a bit heavy on the mustard, but the bread always tastes fresh, and they never disappoint. The Coke Freestyle machine is another plus to this place.

Its alright. I havent had anything Ive loved but also havent had anything I hated either. Its really the only place to grab a quick bite to eat at Town Center. I would never go here if I wasnt already at the park and looking for fast sustenance.

Abysmal customer service and food. The chicks that work there dont give a **** about anything. Shame that its in the heart of the town center, too, because its such a nice area and its the only "deli" there. Dont waste your money or time here!

Pretty good place. Its a sandwich shop that also sells beer/wine with your lunch. Pretty standard soda/tea drinks but the place was very clean. Only complaint is that the price is a little high, expect $8-$10 for a sandwich and chips.
