Walked in here at 1:30 pm Thursday after noon. I walked up to the counter, was not acknowledged by the cashier, it wasnt until a whole 2 mins went by that he stood at the register. Of course he was barely tending to the customers before me an he still didnt acknowledge me, so I went ahead an placed my order, Phillips and 6 wing combo. Then he says its going to be a 25 on wait. THERE IS NO ONE IN THERE and the cooks werent preparing anything. Worst experience ever especially with this being my first visit here in the past 3 years that Ive lived 3 mins from the place. I ended up eating nasty ass McDonalds next door. Im 7 months pregnant an had my mouth set on wings an a philly

Closed the grill down right now at 8:40pm so only serving wings & fries. Of course I wanted a chicken philly & the cashier could have cared less. She said they closed at 9:20( made up time) but the website says 10pm!! Horrible experience! Ill never go back! Go to others they really close at the right times!

My food is always pretty good and hot! The cashiers are super sweet to me every time I visit. Never gotten the wrong order or cold food. However the presentation of the actual business could use some work also they never answer the phone no matter what time or day it is!

OK...let me start by saying yes, it is worn down and yes, there is always a line. But they push the orders out as fast they can, the food is always fresh and hot when you get it. Plus the Phillys you cant go wrong with!

The website says the store is suppose to be open at 11am but when you get there theres a huge hand written sign that says "we open 11:30 thanks". Just a bunch of lazy employees that cant get to work on time I guess
