Overall the experience is bland, I come in I dont get acknowledged, I sit for about 10 min then some asks if Ive been taken care of, finally get to to place my order. The food tales a bit to be made but then theres only one person cooking. The place isnt very busy either. The servers arent engaged with the customer much. Shoot I didnt once get asked if I needed anything nor a refill of my beverage. A lot of lack in interest in customers from this location. Ive stopped going to waffle house for this reason and frankly only go on occasions. Service is quite the same any waffle house you go to. The plus side is the food is obviously good hence my decision to come today. THATS IT.

I dont normally post especially about waffle house but Ill admit the food is ok and location is your basic waffle house building the customer service is 5***** . My server I believe Armani or similar name...he was fantastic and was rewarded. But there was a female and another male and their overall interaction with the customer was A1. This was Chic fila level customer service. And they made the food fast. Granted it was slow. But I dont see that level food speed and definitely not the customer service at other locations. This particular staff and possibly the location as a whole deserves props & applause. When Im back in Atlanta I will be coming back here!

Im giving a 2 star because our server was really nice. But our food was cold (eggs, hashbrowns, toast, waffles). I touched everything and the only thing somewhat warm was my boyfriends hashbrowns. I asked for a double but all I got was a single order of cold hashbrowns. I had chocolate chips on my waffle and my boyfriend had peanut butter chips. Usually the chips would melt on the waffle but ours just stayed solid. When we put the butter on, the butter didnt melt. My toast wasnt toasted at all and there was no butter on it. We usually come to this Waffle House and its good but today was disappointing :(

Standard decor with a hint of stickiness. The food was gamey ...like bit directly into the pig for my chop. The waffle was nothing to brag about. The service was ok...I guess she was new. But wait training 101... dont be too chatty talking about your personal problems while clients are eating. And PLEASE clean your nose before servicing food. Omg did u just wipe your nose with your hands? Thats my que to leave. I just remember the waffle house being much better ..oh wait I was in Tennessee back in the 90s

Service is always great! My 22 month old daughter loves the food and staff! Our waitress Kristen was awesome today! We are regular customers and she is always friendly even when she is not our server! This young lady is very attentive to all of her customers needs! I am not sure if there is more than one Kristen working here today or not but she served us around 1:45 p.m. today! This is the first time we had her as our server, and will definitely eat in her area again!

Cheap, quick, & good... This is the place to eat after a long night out. I personally enjoy waffle house and the places hurried demeanor. The waters & waitresses are always too busy because customers visit the place in droves. If you can...only visit the bathrooms after you eat cause they are normally nasty. If you go remember to try the Texas Cheese stake with double meat and double cheese ... Lastly, always remember that the only clean waffle house isnt opened yet.

They ALWAYS mess up my order! I order from them often and they NEVER get it right unless Twy (the BEST waitress) takes our order! If she always took our order I would rate this location a 5! They messed up our ENTIRE order and made my husband drive to bring the food back so they can fix it! Its super annoying when you have kids that are ready to eat and their food is never right!

I love this WAFFLE HOUSE out of all the ones ive been to this one is the best..the night staff is hilarious my waitress was Shadae..even tho her section was full i waited less than 10min for my breakfast to arrive..she even knew what i wanted befor we sat down..i will be back to this waffle house in the future

I called in my order the female that took the order did not put the order in. I get their and no order, She busy talking to much and not working, and on top of things she was standing their laughing that she forgot to place the order. Wasted my time and gas...this location will not get my business again.

I mean 5 stars: its a waffle house in Atlanta- come on! This location is ACTUALLY CLEAN and once again: waffle house in Georgia is a safe bet (only when drunk or hungover, though) :) All jokes aside, this location has great staff, its clean and the food is good.

The waitress tried to overcharge me. Since I order my standard breakfast I noticed it immediately. When I brought this to her attention she responded without looking at the ticket, so I feel like this was intentional. Make sure you check your tickets.

Took us 25 minutes to even get a drink order and we first had to talk to a manager. Then it took another 10 minutes and talk to the manager to get the drinks.

This is a good waffle house. Everything is cooked to order and served hot off the grill, so its exponentially superior to fast food.
