my sister & I went here new years eve & only the older males acknowledged & greeted us in a bubbly way, the young females have no customer service skills if youre not a guy. We walked in and were second in line at the register & without saying anything ( Ill be with you one moment") the cashier just walked away, so were annoyed because theyre acting like were invisible or something, so I just stare at the young girl like she crazy til she looks up & ask ("oh, do u need to order") I wanted to answer like ("no we just standing here just to stand here") but even when she was taking our orders she just looked over at me instead of saying "and what can I get for you, what will you be having" then alerted us that our food was ready by pointing to it..... rude rude rude WHERE DOES WAFFLE HOUSE FIND THEIR EMPLOYEES, theyll really hire anybody, dont train them or nothing, I dont really want to support this company ever again, Ive had horrible experiences back to back with them this year, was told I was receiving a gift card at another location due to a young ghetto rude manager and never got one, theyre worst than MCDONALDS

Called in to place a order and was on hold for 20 mins... not to mention when I finally arrived to the Waffle House while still on hold, I noticed the phone was just laying on the counter while some of the Waffle House employees werent doing anything. I explained to one of the female employees (darkskin short chubby female with short hair, stud like.) at the Waffle House what was going on and it acted as if she didnt care at all, so I took my business elsewhere. Thats a very bad sign of customer service. I stay not to far from this Waffle House and eat here often. You all just lost a loyal customer.

This is an old-school Waffle House. This restaurant has been around for years and you can definitely tell it, but thats what I like about it. A Waffle House isnt supposed to be sparkly and new, its supposed to feel cozy and familiar. The ceiling tiles are yellowed with age, some of the floor tiles have cracks, but the food is great and the service is great. Just what you want on a lazy Saturday morning. If you want fancy and new, go further south down Peachtree to the WH near Town Brookhaven, but for us, cozy and familiar is where its at.

This place sucks. Everytime I go there Ol Otis on the grill messes up my order. I got a to-go order and the girls face turned up when she saw I didnt tip. Then they wouldnt give me my sweet tea to-go and when I asked for it she got an attitude. Then when I was leaving she said, "Maybe you can tip next time." If you get my order right for once, I will.

Have been to this location many times over the past few years. I recognize a lot of the same faces both behind the counter and in the booths. I like their bacon-egg sandwich and the waffles are great. Very friendly and the staff is always moving quickly.

I love waffle house, but the service here was slow, though everyone was very nice, the jukebox was limited and i mean very limited... ive seen more tracks on an original. But everyone was very nice. The bathroom was very clean, and the food was yum

The food is about the same as any other waffle house chain but the service is horrible. I waited an hour and never got my food and the 3 groups of people who came in after me were served already. I walked out and went somewhere else to eat.

God this place is terrible. The staff is incompetent especially the black teenager with the dreads. I have been here twice and both times he messed up my order. But I cant just single him out. The whole staff is incompetent and slow.

Its a waffle house - cheep and fast with a universal look and feel. The staff is friendly and the food is exactly what you came in for. Im not a huge fan but my wife and son love waffle house.
