Ive visited Sonic many times but this new location is the worst of the lot. My last 3 visits include a very rude, drive-thru cashier and the ice cream machine didnt work on 2 separate occasions. The 3 visits were months apart so maybe theres a lingering issue. Emailing the corporate offices or the address located at the drive-thru were likewise, a complete waste of time. The Sonic corporation claims to want feedback but when nobody takes the time to respond or address the issues, well, that means stay away!

When I order a grilled cheese sandwich I expect it to be more than two pieces of bread with a piece of cheese somewhat melted. The bread was not cooked at all. Orders are wrong majority of the time. Then you call, they say you can get your missing items free next time you come in and that theyll write it down and keep it at the window. Nope!!! They dont do that and I was very rudely told that we I said I was told they would give me a free grilled cheese. Lost my business forever!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Worst sonic ever! My chicken wasnt cooked in the middle it was completely raw. When asked for my money back the " assistant manager" was rude about it. And the whole 30 mins I sat in line to return my nasty, raw, uncooked chicken my husband was on hold at home calling about the situation when I left he still was on hold the manager never bothered to answer the phone call! Place is a joke and needs to be looked at by headquarters!

This location is terrible if you go through the drive thru. You will wait about an half hour before you make it to the window. They need to work on the customer service and wait time. They are also supposed to be open at 6am but they never are.

I have been to many Sonics and this one is by far and away the worst one Ive ever been to. Go for the drinks only. The food is terrible and their corporate headquarters should look into the future of this local franchise

The ice cream and shakes are very good especially on hot days, the staff was friendly. But the food quality could be better.
