Worst pizza I have ever had. DO NOT ORDER HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. After waiting over an hour for delivery, we received a cold pizza with burnt garlic knots. Inedible. We requested paper plates and condiments as we are in a hotel, which were also missing. I called to request a refund due to the worst quality pizza I have ever had and was told by the same girl who took the order she couldnt handle a refund because she wasnt a manager. So I asked for a manager and was told none were on duty. We had a bad feeling from the start when they didnt even ask for my name or room number. Worst pizza and most terrible service in ATLANTA. I have already dispute the charge with my CC company since no one on duty seems to have the ability to handle any sort of customer service.

THE WORSE FOOD EVER!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! OUR FOOD WAS COLD THE PIZZA WAS BURNT AND DRIED OUT GARLIC KNOTS WERE NOT DONE AND DOUGHY THE SAUCE WAS COLD AND BITTER EVERYTHING WAS VERY SALTY AND BTW FOR A SMALL COLD THIN HARDLY ANY CHEES PIZZA, A SMALL COLD CALZONE WITH NO RICOTTA JUST HORRIBLE PROCESSED CHEESE AND A ORDER OF GARLIC KNOTS WAS 32.00 PLUS DELIVERY CHARGE AND A TIP SHAME ON THEM! WE CAME FROM OUT OF TOWN, NEXT TRIP TO ATLANTA WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM!!! AND IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF ALMOST 40.00!!!!

Found this for lunch one day, was very surprised by what I found. Hidden pizza place in the prado plaza. Had the white pizza with sundried tomatoes. Excellent crust and a crazy wide variety of toppings. You can pick a pizza style or create your own. All made fresh to order. Can make any pizza a calzone. Choose original, wheat, or gluten free crust. Did not wait long for pizza to cook, maybe 5 mins. Worth the trip if youre in the area. If you like white pizza, you will not be disappointed.

The food was pretty good but the cashier was totally rude. I had two coupons for a buy one get one and free bread sticks. The coupons did NOT state that they couldnt be combined but when I asked the cashier he simply said "Im not taking two coupons" and then threw away the bread sticks that were already in the oven. This kind of thing is fine when communicated in a mannerly way be there was no apology or understanding from him. And thats how business gets lost.

We love Pizza Crosta! They catered a resident event for us recently making 12 extra large pizzas. Delivery was prompt, and we received rave reviews back from our residents and guests! We definitely plan on using them in the future for other catering needs and referring them to our other sister properties in the area. The owner and staff are incredibly nice as well, so definitely stop by for great food (pizza, salads, garlic bread, desserts, and beverages).

Horrible service! I waited until my second time I went there. Pizza makers did not have an idea what they were doing. Horrible customer service. Soda machine broken for more than 2 months now, air conditioning not working, restaurant dinning area temperature was 82 F at 9pm. Health Department Score 82B. Dinning area dirty. Please dont go to this place, its expensive because of the area is in but not worth it.

The good: Excellent selection of fresh food. Price is 7.99 or 8.99 for a 10 inch pizza with regular or premium toppings. Food was out in five minutes. Clean facilities with a 98% food score. The bad: Food was in the oven too short. Crust was still a little gooey and large toppings were cold. Food tasted a little too salty. Tried three different proteins and all were salty.

Loooove this place sooo much!!! My boyfriend took me here around closing time and we called ahead to see exactly when they closed and they said they would stay open for us even though wed be getting there right at closing time. They were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We love building our own pizzas and will definitely be back for this deliciousness.

Food was good...service not. Employees seemed inconvenienced to serve and prepare food. Not friendly. Ordered garlic knots with cheese and after 15 minutes or more did not receive. Went in to ask to just forget the order and get a refund since we were done eating. Assume it was manager...no eye contact and no apology...refunded card and we left.

Please put maddios out of business come downtown. I love this place. They even fed my entire work crew one day aboutt 30 pizzas served hot and fresh. Delicious. Great staff too. They know me in there like Aye Rocky. Makes me feel like im home in NY.

Rather good build your own pizza. I would advise you ask them to skip the Italian Seasoning" they put on every pizza; it had a very astringent flavor and threw off the balance of my white pizza.
