I really dont know about the food. Took my family there because its within walking distance from my house. We were seated in about ten minutes and then waited for a full hour (no exageration) when I asked our server, who was very nice, about how much longer the food may be, she told the manager. The manager said they were really busy and that our food should be ready before too long. He asked if we still wanted it and I told him no because my three year old daughter was done being good and I thought the wait was far too long for mexican food. We didnt order anything special, just right off the menu and they didnt seem to be able to get the food out of the Kitchen for anyone. Perhaps just a bad night for the kitchen but that made a poor night for us and thats not why I go out to eat. Eating out is a treat for us since we only go about once every two weeks. Johnnys Pizza across the parking lot saved our night with cheery servers and fast hot food that was great.

My family and I love this restaurant! Weve tried other Mexican restaurants around town but the food just isnt as good. The chips are great but the chunky salsa is delicious. And the fajitas are definitely a 10. And you cant leave here without trying the Burrito Roqueta. Never had any food complaints, and the service is always wonderful. Try a texas margarita here, and youll never go anywhere else for a drink. They also have a very cool additon that a lot of other Mexican restaurants dont have: A jukebox! And a touchscreen one at that, always entertaining the kids. My only complaint, which is a tiny one and my only reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 is the decor is a little outdated. If you havent checked this place out, I definetely reccommend it!

Cheap Margaritas are my favorite thing about this place. The food is inexpensive and fair - nothing really fantastic. The thing I disliked most on my last visit was that it smelled like a sewer overflowed. Both of my kids were offended as soon as we walked through the door - as was I. But they were hungry and I wanted them to eat before a meltdown occurred. They barely ate, a few chips and salsa was all I could convince them to eat. Taco Bell would have been a better bet with kids.

Food decent, however, bad management. Manager refused to serve anything gluten free and/or would make any accomadtions. I feel bad for the waitress work hard and tried but since so short staffed waited a long time for food/drinks/checks. Be careful if you go with kids, may take a while to get your food. As we were waiting for our drinks, another table had left because it after 35 minutes still no one came to there table. Manager didnt even come to help.

Horrendous. Its our neighborhood restaurant and we wanted so badly to like it, but time and again we were more than disappointed. The last time we took some out of town friends, and were actually embarrassed, we had to send two dinners back, and couldnt drink the pina coladas - cheap rotgut liquor and fake chemical taste. The menus were dirty, waiters were surly, bad smell in the place, dirty bathrooms.

Horrible!!!! The food was so bad and I threw up. I would never go here again because of how disgusting the food was. The food was horrible and I would not recommend going here. Also they had no wifi!!!! I had to use my data to write this really bad review?!!!!

The one at Westpark is much better. This "El Ranchero" smells horrible - and the bathrooms are nothing I want myself or my children to use. Drinks are great - and food is "ok" - but the place is disgusting. Floors, tables, walls... everything.

My sister almost choked on chicken Bone in her chicken burrito! Come on really? And they only gave her $2.00 off the bill... and they said it wasnt the first time it happened that day.. stay away from this place

This place is OG. The waitress Ellen is the best waitress Ive ever had from a restaurant. Their Pollo Loco is always perfect. Never had a bad meal there.

The worst Mexican food Ive ever had. After living in Arizona, I know good Mexican food. Id rather eat at Taco Bell than here.

Waited an hour after ordering for food. Brought it out cold. After asking them to remake the food they simply reheated it
