HORRIBLE MANAGER This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at burger king... we went there to eat yesterday and the chicken sandwich was so burnt and rubbery it was impossible to eat ... and you could tell it had been sitting out most of the day, so we called and they told us that they would replace it and we gave them our name ... the management in this restaurant is horrible we went in at 6:00pm tonight and the manager was so rude to us that we werent even able to correctly order our other food this time ... she ridiculed my husband treating him like an idiot and said you know a grilled sandwich is supposed to be grilled right ? of course it is supposed to be grilled NOT BURNT.. and she argued that they dont serve food that is burnt or old .. she sat there trying to make us look like idiots while all of the employees in the back sat there laughing at us ... made a big deal as she called out a "special" tender grill with an attitude... and acted impatient as we ordered the rest of our food !!! we will never eat there again and its not just us we run a business and we order large quantities of food for lunch on a regular basis ... made a good night miserable !!! we believe her name was maggie ...

On my way home from work I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat, my wait time was extremely long but I was not in a big hurry so I patiently waited for my meal. While I was waiting the manager was being awful to the young man in the back he was running around trying to keep up with the orders and she just stood there yelling at him completely making the situation worse and worse. The quality of the food was excellent, however the service was terrible and the management is obviously poorly trained in leadership skills.

I have enjoyed every meal i have eaten there, or taken home. I have always been treated with the most courteous as if we were family. I have been in (Burger King many differenttimes and been treated nice and friendly, at each experience. I would recomend that you should try them again. you will be treated well. the food is good,too. If you want a good burger, or a quick meal, give them a try. If you want special ingredients, go somewhere else,; this is what you call a fast;food place.

I went through their Drive Thru the other day - young lady taking my order was very polite and accommodating to a special request on my order. The only downside of it all was that I had to wait close to 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a Whopper Jr no pickles on a quiet Sunday late afternoon.

Always slow service and management is very unpleasant when we ask for correction to orders. Food is half done which is odd because they take forever to get it to you. On rare occasion it comes out quick...you find it is old and cold. We avoid the place completely now.

This is the worst place in the whole area. 15 to 20mins in the drive thru is crazy and the food is always horrible. Been Luke this for years. Ive try them off and on for a long to see if they had improved.
