With the potential to be a great meal and have a chance to enjoy a burger that just cant be gotten anywhere else, the meal was a disaster. After giving our waitress specific instructions about wanting one of our parties patty EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA WELL DONE, it just was not going to happen The sad part was the she told the waitress if there is any pink, that she would be sending it back. . To pay $15.00 for a gourmet hamburger is a treat for most folks and not to be able to enjoy it with the table of 6 we came with was a huge disappointment. After sending her burger back twice, by the time it came back the third time over 40 minutes later, the rest of the party was through and we were ready to leave. It was so disappointing. We eat at Red Robin restaurants all over the south east and most of the time we get lucky and "EXTRA well done " works out about 70% of the time. An hour in to this ordeal the manager came over and explained to my wife how the burger not being well done was my wifes fault because we did not specify ""burnt". The manager made no offer of any concession to my wife and no apology. So after an hour at the restaurant, they boxed up her $15.00 hamburger and sent us on our way. My suggestion is if in the future you have special instructions for your meal, that you walk back to the kitchen and speak to the chef yourself and get a clear line of communication about what your expectations are for the burger you hopefully are getting ready to enjoy. The Red Robin in Newnan, Ga. may get another chance from us in the future, and if so, we have learned our lesson about how to order and who to speak with about special cooking instructions for cooking. For Petes sake, your time and wallet....dont chance your 15.00 burger on your waitresses ability to communicate your wishes with the chef. Go back to the counter and speak to the person that is in complete control of your happiness

This is the first time I have ever felt so unwanted at a restaurant for being a parent.. I have a 10 month old and our friends have a 4 month old. I told the host we had four adults and that we needed a sling and a high chair. She misunderstood (which happens...no big deal on this part) and she put us at a small table meant for four people total. I asked for a table for four adults and two children at this point to clarify. She puts us at a table that is against a wall and not meant for high chairs or slings. Friends havent arrived yet and as we are getting seated, another waitress comes up and asks us why we are at this table. This irritates me but I calmly explain they put us here. She moves the sling and tells us it is in the way and they will put it out when the rest of our party arrives. Friends get here and we start getting the kids in the high chair and the sling. As we are trying to get everyone situated, the waitress comes back and tells us again that we are in the way and starts telling each of us where to sit. No one was trying to get around us or anything so Im not sure what problems we were causing because we were being quiet..We get the kids situated and she moves the sling right beside the high chair. This was not ok as I spent the entire meal making sure my son didnt knock the car seat out of the sling. I will not be going back as this place is not kid friendly. I happen to be lucky enough to have a baby thats quiet in public so I get really offended when something like this happens.

My husband & I went in to the Newnan, GA location tonight, February 13th, for dinner following a movie. We were seated at 9:15pm in a minimally filled restaurant. By 9:30 we had not even been greeted by a single person. We decided to get up & leave at this point without a single acknowledgment from a staff member. Upon leaving I stopped at the front & asked to speak with a manager. (Short, caucasian & brunette) I let her know that we were leaving & why. She was apathetic at best, showing not an ounce of concern for the lack of communication & customer service that just took place under her shift. Her "Im sorry" was spewed with irritation that I even stopped to speak with her. I was truly shocked at her managerial skills. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location the first time the very kind manager was genuinely apologetic, and we still went elsewhere but gave them a second chace. We have frequented this location a few times, ignoring the slow service because the food is normally good. There is one thing I cannot look past in this situation and that is the management response. Clearly a ball was dropped at some point, which happens. How it was responded to was unacceptable. She needs some serious retraining to function at the management level moving forward.

First off, everything tasted great. Our waitress worked her ass off. The problem is that our order that included bottomless fries came with about the equivalent of a small fry at McDonalds. Not exaggerating. Immediately asked her to put in our refill order, and 10 minutes later an even smaller order of fries came out. Now I am two orders in, been here for an hour and a half, and Im less full than a normal burger meal at chilis. I get that you dont want to waste food? But my 10 year old finished her adult order of fries in a matter of a couple of minutes. These poor waitresses are run ragged trying to constantly bring out 8-10 French fries at a time. Its fairly pricey here. Bring out a normal size order of fries on the first order, and I probably wont even ask for seconds. After 2 orders (and over an hour waiting for them), I havent had a normal order yet, so Im just annoyed and want to take it out on the poor waitress. Sadly, wont be coming back. Burger was small but tasted good. Server was awesome, but service was terrible. This place is busy, so I guess they wont care. Not how I would run a place to keep people coming back. Come here if you dont mind it taking two hours to eat a meal.

The first impression is always the best impression and just say my husband & i was not impressed. Not only did we travel 30 plus miles to try Red Robin for the first time but the service sucked. The bathroom was filthy, the booth was dirty. The waiter informed us the the dishwasher doesnt work which explains why my glass of soda was dirty. Not once but twice....which we decided to just ask for paper cups. The icing on the cake which causes to leave without eat was the hair that was in my food. Not just laying there but cooked in it. We were not happy camper and will never eat at the franchise again due to the store in Newnan, Ga.

I was not impressed at all. The wait was long to be seated. It was Saturday evening but the wait for the food was long to. The worst part was that the food was cold and had to wait a long time for silverware. Never got our second helping of fries. When we finally got the silverware it was dirty. I was with a party of 8 and no one was satisfied. The waiter was friendly but maybe to busy. We spoke to the manager who may have not known what to say but he did take half off every ones meal. This was my first time here but will not be back.
