Chick Fil A overall always displays the best service in the "quick serve" food industry. I travel a LOT for work and I feel like Ive been in pretty much all CFAs in FL, and most in GA. The LakePoint location has the cleanest dining room and restroom, and the friendliest staff Ive ever seen in any CFA. Every employee greeted us with a smile and high energy and in a way that was not forced or ingenuine. Our food was served quickly, as ordered, and hot. If youre traveling along 75 north or south and need to stop for food or just a break, THIS is the CFA to go to!!!

I dont usually review fast food places, as theyre all the same. But this Chik Fil A is one of the cleanest, best run, and efficient ones Ive ever been to. The staff is so polite and prepared even when theyre slammed (which isnt uncommon since the Emerson sports complex is right there). Ive never had a problem or had to wait very long. The one day they had some computer issues with the registers down, they still moved everyone one through quickly and offered ice cream to those of us having to wait a bit longer.

Went through the drive-thru and they asked if I wanted any condiments. I said I wanted ketchup, hot sauce and mayo. When I got on I-75 and opened the bag, there was not a single condiment in there. Dont ask if someone wants condiments if youre not going to put them in the bag!

This location has a double drive thru like many others Ive seen. However, I chose to come inside and eat. I showed up at a REALLY busy time (3:30 pm on a Friday). However, despite that the food was very good, the restaurant was clean and service was fast and pleasant.

Newer and clean. Great food, of course. Friendly workers. Cool outside eating area. Playground a little different than other CFAs, which made it new to the kids. Only suggestion would be to improve the order area - never know which line youre in or when its your turn.

Great fast food place. Friendly customer service, clean facility including restrooms. Theres a small indoor playground for children 3 and younger. Drive thru option available. It is close to baseball fields so they are used to serving up a crowd during busy hours.

Restaurant was super crowded as it seemed a baseball tournament was going on a bunch of the teams were there, but even with all the people our food took less than 2 minutes to come out. Lines moved extremely fast and service was great as always at CFA.

Where the fast service is the cleanliness and sanitariness lacks. Employees with NO gloves. Not washing hands and long dark hair in my chicken wrap. Grossed out. Work on that Emerson train your young employees better .

I was one of the first 100 when the store opened, I live only 5 min away and now my wife call this my Chick-fil-a. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A, their customer service is great.

Standard Chic-fil-A fare. Quality fast food with friendly service. This location is located next to several softball tournament fields ... it can be very crowded when games are in progress.
