Yesterday on Monday 8/24 I went to Olive Garden to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. I was alone, my husband is in the late stages of Alzheimers Disease and is bedridden but I still wanted to go to honor him and continue our tradition. My waitress was Amber and I told her that I wanted the buy one/ take one special and that I wanted to take lunch home to my husband and what I was there for. I showed her a picture of us 30 years ago and also a recent one. We talked a little and she was so sweet and attentive while I ate a little of my lunch. I didnt really eat much of mine, I was trying to be strong but I thought I would rather take the rest of mine home also and eat with my husband. She boxed mine up and when she brought out the bag with my husbands lunch she gave me a card that she had made in the back and had all the staff sign. It said "From your family at Olive Garden" and each of the staff had written their own sentiment to my husband and I. I was so touched by her doing that and gave her a big hug but she continued to shock me by telling me that my lunch was on the house, compliments of Olive Garden. It was completely unexpected but such a sweet gesture, I want you to know how much that meant to me, I started to tear up and so did Amber; I gave her another big hug as I left. You have a wonderful caring staff at your Newnan Olive Garden. You should be proud of each and every one of them and especially of Amber. I have told so many people about this wonderful experience, shared it on my facebook page and will continue to praise your restaurant. Please let them know that I shared this with you and how much I appreciate it. Thank you

I have been a fan of Olive Garden for decades, however have had two very poor experiences and will no longer go to the restaurant. They use prepackaged processed meats now, I know this because I had a whole piece of chicken that was nothing but cartilage. You could not cut it! I had the manager come over and they were embarrassed and apologized. The next visit my wife ordered steak and she couldnt eat it. I will pay for real food. I would rather you give me quality for a little higher price than to give me microwaveable dinners for the prices charged.

Absolutely the worst olive garden we have visted. Managers looked dirty and you would think they were work release by how they spoke. My food took forever and i heard staff cussing and joking like they didnt have a job to do. The female manager was soooo rude she needs a job wherein she never has contact with people.....no PR at all. The bussers and wait staff looked miserable and the floors were so dirty....very surprised at the state if affairs here.They need a complete staff overhall!!

Im not crazy about Olive Gardens in general, but I havent found any other good Italian food in Newnan. I dont like the bread sticks (I know a lot of people love them) and I wish they had some salad dressing choices. They are also too expensive for food thats just not that special. I quit going here for a while after they got a poor grade on their health inspection in August, 2015. Theyre back to an A health rating as of May, 2016. Lets hope they keep it that way.

Was very unsatisfied with the service. Our waitress only came by twice and was very short. We had three others tend to our needs. Didnt even asked if we wanted a refill on our paid beverages or dessert. My daughter food portion was very small. They ran out of my soup and brought a substitute and forgot to bring the soup I really wanted. No wonder they are not doing well. It wasnt even busy. Tuesday and not pack and service was horrible. So sad!!! Left with my food.

First time at Olive garden and my last I wish I could give no stars...our server was the worst she spent the whole time talking to someone behind our both about her whole life story and how she hated working here... wouldve been okay if she wasnt so loud but she was so loud that I couldnt even have a conversation with my husband. Our servers name is Michelle B...hint if you do go there make sure shes not your server. Cant believe she even works there.

Absolutely atrocious service, our waitress had a bad attitude from start to finish. Now I remember why Ive only eaten here one other time. Every dish on the menu is carb heavy, and not one item is good for you. Pricey for the sub standard Americanized Italian food they serve. The salad was lousy and the breadsticks were super greasy. And lastly, my pasta was extremely over cooked, it was like trying to eat shoelaces. NEVER AGAIN.

Traveling for business. I not only had a delicious lunch with plenty left overs for dinner, I received top notch service from Becky. She made sure to check on me frequently, always kept my drink topped off and provided lovely conversation for someone dining alone. The manager also swung by to check on me. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for good food and awesome service.

One of the best Olive Garden restaurants Ive been to. Great service from the hostess to the wait staff and managers. The food is great and frequently offers special, limited time only foods. This can be aggravating if you try something, love it, and then its gone in two weeks. However, this is their way of determining the popularity of potential, new permanent menu items.

Something is definitely different at Olive Garden, customer service is excellent, the revised menu gives new options, but the classics arent what they use to be. The stuffed mushrooms are tasteless & the calamari batter the same. My server was super attentive and engaging. The kitchen kills the table service. Serving tasteless, unseasoned basic Italian dishes wont cut it.

Good waiter BUT the restaurant smells like wet carpet- had to move to a different section because of the smell. Silverware was dirty. No music on; had to request it turned on. Could see waiters hanging out at back table eating chick-fil-a, playing on cell phones and one employee was sprawled out on the table sleeping!

I come here often and sit at the bar to enjoy my food but today was freaking horrible. The bar waiter is the freaking worst ever. Dont know what the heck her problem is today but she is horrible. So horrible to the two guest next to me left cause of her funky attittude. When I first got here the bar was an absolute mess.

I had a quiet lunch alone at Olive Garden the food was great love those breadsticks and of course the salad I ordered my favorite dish which is chicken parmesan it is always seasoned well with crispy chicken and lots of cheese it is the reason I go to Olive Garden and the fact that the service is always excellent

Our waitress Lavois was AWESOME!! But the manager, Stephen was not friendly at all. He walked passed my mom and I table sereval times and DID NOT open his mouth to ask us anything. But he spoke to all the caucasians customer that were in our area. We wiil not returning if hes there. The servers were GREAT!!!
