My wife and I decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try recently, and what a disappointment. The food was only decent, when we finally got it. We ordered an app with fried chips, and they were limp and soggy, not at all crispy. My wife ordered a meal that came with fries which they forgot to give her. Duh! Our server ignored us, even after flagging him down with a request for napkins, which he never brought. We flagged a second person down with the same request, and all he could bring us was the small coaster napkins. Finally after flagging a third person down with the same request, we finally received some napkins, near the end of our meal. We again had to literally flag our server down and ask for our check, which took forever for him to bring. Service was horrible and the noise level was so bad that we had to almost yell at each other to carry on a conversation. I would say that BWW has to be the worst place in Newnan to eat. We will not waste our time there again, and I recommend that anyone reading this not waste their time either.

Honestly buffalo wild wings has been one of my favorite joints for years but this location is seriously slacking. Every time I come in here there is always problems with the service either they are barely present, seem uninterested in customer service or overall rude. My most recent visit lasted over 2 hours, normally would be fine however the restaurant was not busy at all in fact they were pretty empty. We waited an hour for our food which when our appetizer arrived it had hair in it, they replaced the food yet still made us pay -not too big a deal as they replaced the food but still customer care. The servers were barely present the entire course of our meal, only replaced our drinks once as we were asking for the check and boxes for our meal. I hate complaining about food service industries because I worked in a few but the over all experience and customer care here is seriously slacking.

The positive Very Clean ... and the appetizer was cooked perfect . However , Service was very slow ( hardly any customers were there ) both Hostess were leaning and looking thru their phones . When they did look up seen that we were looking for our server but never came to see if they could help us . Our wings were not typical hot wings .... they must have given us what the next hotter was could only eat a couple of them . because the wings were so hot we needed drink refills which we had to wait a long time for each time we needed a refill . I could go on but I will stop there . Very Disappointing for a first time experience

Not great.. Gave them a second chance after we had a horrible experience a few months ago... BWW, did give us complimentary gift cards because of the horrible food and service a few months ago... We go to use them tonight and they are expired and did not honor them.... Wow!! Very surprised, had no clue there was an expiration date .. You give a restaurant another chance and show them the gift certificates that are clearly for customers that had bad service.... And they expire?? We gave you a second chance, the food was OK, service was better.. I think its the management that needs work.

Food is great when you get it. Weve given this place plenty of business but no matter what the wait times for a server and/or general service seems to never get better. Just took the family now and despite being slow we waited over 5 mins and never even saw our server. There were over 25 staff members in the restaurant and all of them seemed to be standing around without direction. Seems to me a lack of leadership could be a major factor. Ive never seen or even spoken to a floor manager. If you are patient and willing to settle for less than your paying enjoy. Otherwise stay clear.

We came in about 10pm last night, and apparently even though the place was almost empty they apparently had trouble deciding where to seat us. We both ordered wings: my friends were traditional and mine were boneless. My friend asked for all flats and the sticker was on the plate, yet she got mixed. The spicy garlic I got was horrible. It tasted like they took medium sauce and added garlic powder to it. Our server seemed to be concerned about cleaning up for closing and not concerned about her customers.

I am giving them ZERO stars. This place has been a disappointment on more than one occasion. Im not usually one to write a review but its gotten ridiculous. My chicken was so full of chicken tendon I couldnt eat it, the salads I got were full of brown, wilted lettuce. When I called to speak to the manager I was told they would give me a good credit for my next visit. I said I would not be returning because $33.00 on terrible lunch was enough. She said shed get back to me.....:stilllll waiting.

on my first visit I called to make sure i was able to have a booth on a event night , when i came in they asked what kinda seat i wanted I requested a booth they said fine but when a table opened they offered it to me and i declined it they put me at the bottom of the wait list , The food went to the wrong table , was told the food runner was to blame . My second visit the food was cold and the wait for food the insane , They said the kitchen was slow today . I will not go back .

The place is nice and so is the staff. The food unfortunately is NOT GOOD! I ordered chili queso and they bought it out cold. I ordered boneless wings and fries, that was also cold(I sent both back to the kitchen). I ordered the mini chocolate cake for dessert and it was dry and crumby(signs that it wasnt fresh). The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of the server. He did his best. I will not be going back any time soon.

Ive eaten here a few times and love the food. We recently had a fairly large order from all of us at work for lunch. There were a couple of things left off of the order or wrong. When I called the manager she apologized and said I will recook the food and bring it to you. Thats a very rare and much appreciated response these days! Things go wrong sometimes thats life but very impressed with their desire to fix the problems!

Wings were good. Took 45 minutes from the time the waitress walk away with our order till our food reached our table. Condiments were ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing, both were highly processed and were not appetizing. Sides were French fries and buffalo chips, these lacked quality and flavor. Drinks were Tea, again lack of taste. Will not visit again.

Let me start off saying wonderful food. However our waitress took our order and then disappeared. We never got silverware, had to take napkins off another table, had to get other servers to get our refills. We asked for a manager he simply found our waitress and thats it, didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or return to the table.
