I really like to go to the Red Lobster restaurant here in Rome and sit down to eat, but am less thrilled when calling in orders. My last experience with an obviously less experienced adolescent, it seemed, left me frustrated after I was placed on hold to only have my call dropped. Then after calling back, was greeted once again by a very young lady and outrageously loud background Hip Hop sounding music! I wasnt even sure I had called Red Lobster! I felt I needed to challenge the young lady to ensure I was about to place an order with RL and not simply give my personal info out to a scammer. Anyway, now im feeling OK and proceed to order. Had to explain that there was a customer in RL at this moment who was going to pick my order up when they, who were dining in, were leaving. I explained I was going to pay by CC over the phone. Brakes on!!!!! She needed a manager...didnt know how to do that! Frustration at this point and RL not sounding so good anymore! You know...I wish RL had their website set up so you could order over the internet like so many restaurants do now. Several in my area of Rome Georgia do! Like Panera Bread for instance! Hey...theres a thought... Panera! Gotta go place my order with a few clicks of the mouse! I know this works...have done it before!

Server did good service but messed up my wifes order; kept drinks refilled, brought extra napkins without asking. The sweet tea didnt taste like sweet tea. We got seated in the back of the restaurant which would have been fine except that the servers all seemed to congregate in that area with cell phones out showing photos and taking selfies and talking about how busy its been since mothers day.

Good food with terrible service. After we placed our order it was 45 minutes before we got our first drink refill, and well over a hour before our food arrived. This was a Sunday evening and only about 1/4 of the tables had customers at them, and they appear to be fully staffed. I guess they only have one person working in the kitchen.

We usually eat at this Red Lobster instead of the Cartersville one because it is a little closer. We went here last nice for the Endless Shrimp. Food was delicious and our server, Jeff, was great. The employees here have always been friendly and attentive. Nothing negative to say about this location.

Wonderful place to eat. We always get the ultimate feast. It is so good. Salad s good, biscuits tasty, everything fresh. Service is wonderful. Last time we were there wife ordered a peach frozen drink, no alcohol. She Loves peach! She said it was delicious! Definitely a 5 star place!

RED LOBSTER is a good place to go for there Deals that they have or for just the Meals that they Have, The food is Good and the People that Work there are Great, Well worth the time and Money because i do not mind paying for Good. This is a must try Place

We waited 30 minutes for our food. We never got our salads. Our food was good, but, my crab pasta had a barnacle in it. Unfortunately, I bit down on it and broke my tooth. Their insurance company has been less responsive than I would have liked.

Slow service. This isnt a 1 time complaint this is every time. Whenever we leave Red Lobster I vow to never return, but then I see a commercial and a new dish and think they could have fixed their staffing issues. I am always wrong.

Fantastic! I believe Matt is old school and that works for us . I was most glad to see they us spay cleaner and paper towels when they clean as opposed to the Old Rag that everybody else seems to use!!! Thank you Red Lobster!

Was seated and never waited on. Two other tables were seated and ordera taken and we didnt have drinks. No one spoke to us. Everyone walked by and stared. Everyone was on their cell phones. Service sucked. We left.

Awful...bad food but a great server the potatoes my family had had a few that were rotten. The fish was chewy and bad quality but the biscuits were good but thats mostly the only good thing they have it was pretty fire
