VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went there with my family on a Saturday around lunch to celebrate my Birthday. The food was fantastic, but the service... That was a different story. We had 2 servers on our party. BOTH SERVERS had horrific attitudes, talked down to us, and never brought any items to the table that was requested by my family (i.e. Biscuits, Ketchup, Silverware, etc.) Once the manager got involved things got a little better. The manager ended up serving our table which we truly did appreciate.I never write reviews but this upset to the point I feel like I have to warn people. I was a server in many restaurants for at least 5 years. I know what the business is like, but seriously?! If you want to make money as a server you kinda need to be nice to your tables and actually get items requested by your guests. Literally, the only saving grace was that the manager was a sweetheart and took care of us. I will never go back there with a large party. This was not our first bad experience with a large group. When I go there with 5 people or less, the service is fantastic. Whenever I go there with more than 6 people, we have worst service ever. If you want to have a large party at Red Lobster, I highly recommend finding another restaurant. They cannot seem to handle a party of 6+ people.

I went last Thursday for my anniversary and the food was horrible.... But my server I had was awesome he did everything he could to make our night better . But for the price we spent Id rather went h it wouldve been cheaper and at least Id been full when I left . But we thought we go have a nice dinner just me and her without the kids for once. Boy were we wrong . The food was either under cooked or very over cooked . Our portions were very small . I ordered king crab legs and they were smaller than snow crab legs it was ridiculous. My wife ordered a steak in substituted the crab legs and her steak was so over cooked u couldve used it for a hockey puck . So when u spend over a hundred dollars on. Meal your expectations are a little higher. But like I said our waiter was awesome he did all he could to make things a little better. I dont recommend going there if u want good food . This is the Red Lobster in Canton GA .

Been to many Red Lobsters, but this one after two attempts the worst. Food was cold didn’t taste fresh. Service was also bad. Waitress (both times) only talked about this being her only income. In others words leave a big tip. Please find another season food place.

Last time we went in to eat it was close to closing time. I ordered tea and instead of making fresh tea they served me old tea mixed with unsweetened tea. This place is a little pricey. I expected to have fresh tea no matter what time it was.

Always good when we come, waitress was friendly and prompt. I would recommend par cooking the Brussel sprouts, then finishing when ordered because they are always like rocks. Other than that we will return.

April and staff were extremely helpful after the interment of our father at the national cemetery. Even though they couldnt take a reservation, they made sure we had a table set up for 15 people.
