On 10/6/16 I ordered three sandwiches. I specifically asked for one without cheese (or any diary). Everyone was nice. When I got home I discovered there was cheese on the sandwich and the receipt clearly stated "no cheese." I called. They said come back. I went back and asked for a different sandwich. Again, specifying "no dairy". "No cheese." When I got home there was cheese on the sandwich once again. I called. They said come back. NEVER! I was told to come and get a refund. When I arrived the next day I was greeted by a manager who did not say anything except "do you have the card you paid for the sandwich with?" I did and she refunded me the amount of the sandwich. This is horrible service. No apology on the next day. No gift card. No nothing. When someone goes through the trouble of telling you "no dairy" it must be a concern for them. What if I had bit into the sandwich and had a allergic reaction to the "cheese?" Then what? This was a horrible experience, the workers were horrible when I returned for my refund and I will never eat there again. I will not spend money at a place that treats me like they are doing me a favor. Good by Atlanta Bread and HELLO PANERA!

I am going to give Atlanta Bread Co on Mt. Zion only two stars. I walk in and order and that was great then I go to get coffee and it is empty. I tell one of the workers and he in turn tells the lady working the cash register who in turn tells me its self service!!!! wow, I said I know that but its empty. She then says ok and finally someone go make coffee and then she tells me here. I got up the first time to get coffee went and sat down got up again to give her my cup because she said she was making a fresh batch, then she yells here mam for me to get up again to get the coffee, after I stood up another worker who originally told her the coffee was out yelled I will get it for you, Im like wow what poor customer service. I will not be returning for sure.

Their food is great when its made right, theyre not out of an ingredient that goes on your order and "forgot" to tell you, or you have to wait 25 minutes for it. Unfortunately that never happens anymore. They have been short staffed for about a year and are always behind so it takes forever to get your food. Theyre TERRIBLE at getting an order right so be sure to check yours before you leave if you want that slice of cheese you just paid .59 for and theyre always running out of ingredients. Something really needs to be done to fix these issues because its becoming an all around unpleasant experience to eat here or even get food to go for that matter. Its such a shame because I really love their food when its done right.

I stopped in this morning, before 10:00AM, and there were at least four employees in the store ... but only ONE of them seemed to be working. She was running the register, making sandwiches and trying to handle the coffee orders. She asked a male employee to help out and he declined. Instead, he exited the building to have a conversation on his cell phone. The other female employees were just milling about. The music in the back of the store was so loud it made it hard to place orders out front. AND ... they had less than a dozen bagels available for sale. NOT a good experience.

I love Atlanta Bread Company but this one sucks! I waited 25 minutes for a to go order! On top of that the order was wrong chicken instead of tuna and I had to ask for a lid to my cup. Also the employees werent nice to one of their older employees...bossing her around when she gave back returned orders from customers because they were wrong. Terrible service - will never return to this ABC again

A reall chill environment, with delicious coffee and home made breads. This place also offer salads, sandwiches, and soups. All delicious! The staff here is really friendly and polite. The place is clean and relaxing, very comfortable. Great to come to if you want to relax and unwind a little. Great for families, couples and even solo dining. Recommend this place for sure!

This is a great place to bring your spouse or friends to chill and relax over some good food! It has improved in appearance and customer service the last few years... the staff is so friendly and amazing! My wife and I go there regularly and LOVE the food. We have NEVER had one bad experience at this place, but have made some great conversation and fun memories. :)

I have always been a huge fan of Atlanta Bread Company. They have closed everywhere around me so I went to a location near Atlanta. I was very disappointed. The store was outdated, Christmas items were still out in February, and the food was very bland. They used to WOW and now I dont think I will be dining with them again. Sad customer.

The online pickup service was fair to terrible. They told me their online system was down so they would check to see if my name was there. They were out of edamame as my side and when they asked for a different one, fruit, they replied they hadnt cut it yet. It was faster than going in and the staff was friendly-ish.

This place has excellent customer service and a vast selection of salads, soups, and sandwiches. They also offer cold beverages like soda and sweet along with hot offerings such as coffee and tea. The best thing about it is after eight, the pastries and cookies are only $1.00.

Busy, but maybe too much for them to handle. Lettuce in salad was kinda of soggy, not crisp. Soup was not hot, but lukewarm. Sandwhich was correct, but a hot mess when I got it-hastily slapped together. Cashier was friendly tho.

I have eaten here about three times, and they are very nice and friendly, but last time I ate there I got an extremely bad case of food poisoning. Hopefully this isnt normal for them, but I was up all night. Be careful!

Soup in a bread bowl. Best cold weather lunch ever! I like the atmosphere here and often bring my laptop in with me. I would come here more often if it werent so expensive, but the food is worth it.
