DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Was a faithful customer until I realized the cooks were not wearing gloves. I went in one Sunday for breakfast and a lady next to me order then cancelled her order 5 mins after because she realized one of the workers was not wearing gloves. I thought no big deal right? But then I went back in the very next day and saw the same exact worker not wearing gloves and touching somebodys bread and cheese with her bare hands! I was appalled and brought it to the managers attention. When we discussed it she gave me some malarkey about the health dept. not requiring they wear gloves by the grill but the thing about it the chick wasnt near the grills! Called corporate to no avail so I guess this is the next best thing to getting the word out. The staff is great but the sanitation issues are not worth your health. If you live in the area and need a clean sanitary Waffle House near by try the one off Hwy 42 next to 675. Very clean the staff is friendly and the cooks wear gloves!!!

After sitting down at the counter I noticed it was dirty it was on clean spot so I moved over and when the cool brought the plate I asked him not to sit it there it was dirty so he placed it in front of me. The waitress then came with the waffle and I asked her not to put it there. She got a little testy I shook it off took it as she just had a long day. Then she came over and said to the cook "was seated at the counter" and said "Im not a slave". I as5the cool was she referring to me asking her not to sit my food in an area that was not clean in which I had moved from!

If I could give this place a negative number I WOULD. We walked in & sat down at 9:41pm not one person acknowledged us, spoke to us nor even approached our table to take a drink order. At 10:08pm we got up and left after another couple came in and sat down and tge server took their drink order. I am appalled & feel as it was a racial thing because we were the only two caucasian people in this establishment. Sad part about this is we eat here several times a month. Something needs to be done about this and maybe Management needs to retrain their employees as well.

I will NEVER go to this location again. The cook had the nerve to cook me a greased scrambled omelet and another waitress knew it was disgusted and they laughing about it. And then my waitress had the nerve to serve it to me. I refused service and left. The cook was very messy and sloppy with an ATTITUDE. I was sitting at the counter and seen this right before my eyes. Dont even deserve a star.

When I go to waffle house I want a waffle. Today I was served damn near burnt bacon...sent that back... I never got my waffle...it was burnt 3 times!!! As I was paying, the cook asked if I wanted the 4th remake. Hell no! Maybe if the cook was in his station and focused he would not have burnt up my food. How hard is it to make a waffle?

Was running late to work an decided to call my order in but no answer. So when I get up here I place my order an try calling them inside the place the waitress says the phone ringing an the other waitress say whatever lol... Bad business if u dnt like what u do find something else!!

No soap in restroom, roach crawled across my plate, and server deanthony spilled scaling hot water in the lap of myself and my infant. I wish there were A no star option. Managers attitude sucked!!!! Never ever will I go there again.

I called 10 times before i got there trying to place a Togo order. they never answered the phone. I called when i was almost there. then they answered the phone.... When i got there it was not busy. This place got to do better!!!

I came on July 25, around 10:15am running late for an appointment. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich. It was made quick and great. I dont know if I was just hungry or what ....but location is great!!!!

Its a waffle house just like every other waffle house. The food is good. Just dont pay too close attention to whats happening in the kitchen and you will be fine.
