Very disappointed with service tonight. Ordered 3 mini blizzards an 2 med blizzard waited almost 10min for them. Very poor service tonight. Told therm it was to go 2xs and stgill the guy brings them put walking around on a platter. Sdo there merlting b4 I ever get to leave the store. Im pretty sure blizzards are to b served upside down or there free!! Note to everyone never go to dq on a friday night to get your kids some late-night ice cream. You will b very upset b4 you leave !! :-( Fyi! It wasnt even mixed up right. More cookie than ice cream

The customer service is beyond disgusting! They act like they dont want to be there. They are also pretty incompetent and ugly. The white girl with the curly hair acted like she was too good be there doing her job when she obviously needs to get over herself. The black girl with box braids couldnt understand what a bag was. The cooks take their precious time to drop some chicken and fries in grease. The manager walks around with his big belly aimlessly. I would not recommend eating at this location. The people are rude, inconsiderate and incompetent.

This place sucked. When we walked in the staff was on their phones, no greeting. When we ordered our 5 buck meals, and went to go sit and wait for our food, the girl who brought it to us dropped it on our table. She walked away without a word. When we went back up to the counter to get our sundaes, the entire staff gave us hateful looks. Then a girl went to make my hot fudge sundae, she put one tiny strip of hot fudge. When I told her if she could fix it she walked away. Do not recommend, manager had no control over his staff.

They close at 9:30, went thru drive thru about 9 and after sitting there for a moment they turn their open sign off and tell us to pull up to speak to us and as we did, he asked what did we want, we said blizzards, and then he says they are out of ice cream. YOU ARE KNOWN FOR ICE CREAM AND YOU ARE OUT OF IT? thats like a wing place being out of wings. Smh.
