This is the worst Panera Bread store in the franchise. The customer service is horrible. Every single employee has an attitude and wont lift a finger to be friendly or helpful. They act like they dont want to be there. This isnt the first bad experience Ive had at this location. It seems night shift management allow employees to behave however they want. The cashier wasnt friendly. Id ask her questions about the menu. She didnt seem like she want to answer and then shed mumble an answer. I asked her to please repeat herself. I asked for sprouted grain roll with my meal. The store was out, so I asked for a baguette. I picked up my order, no baguette. So I asked, "Do you have any baguettes?". "Were out, but we should have some in 5 minutes. Well bring one to you." "Ok. Thats fine. Thanks." After fifteen minutes, I go back to the pick up window and stand there for 10 minutes. The three prep guys dont ask me if I need any help. I know they have them as the baguettes are being plated on the new orders. Its after 8pm and its not busy. I just go back to my table, finish my meal, and leave in disgust. I dont care about the baguette, but it seems silly to me a company with bread in the name, doesnt have baguettes. Mostly, Im just offended by the treatment. The only reason I give it two stars is I like the food. I wont be back to this location. Dont go here in the evening. I havent had any trouble in the morning and afternoon times.

I give this location one big "Eh." My family loves Panera and this is the one closest to our home. However, there is ALWAYS a problem with our order. It is not very difficult: two Pick Two meals with a steak salad and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. Yet, there is just always something wrong. Whether theyre out of steak, or soup, or bread bowls, the order is usually incorrect. Also, whether or not the order is right we have taken notice to the poor customer service at this location from most (not all) of their employees. For example, last night the order was incorrect as usual. When I went to say something to the woman behind the preparation counter, she gave me the WORST attitude as if it was my fault it was wrong! Aside from this, when I went to correct the order I was told that we got the "last of the broccoli cheese soup." No problems there, except that our soup bowls were about 1/4 less full than usual. I know that broccoli cheese soup is one of the most popular items on the menu. Thus, I feel pretty certain that there was more of it on the premises. Couldnt they have just made more for us instead of scraping the bottom of the barrel so as to avoid having to prepare a new soup? Its these little customer service snafus that pull us farther and farther away from eating at this location...With their prices, the soup bowls should be overflowing...

Decent food but a tad bit overpriced. I usually come here for the coffee because the Starbucks across the street is claustrophobic and because the McDonalds a block down has abysmal customer service. The inside is spacious and clean with plenty of places to sit. There are booths, tables, and outdoor tables. Its a great place to get a cup of coffee if youre on break at work or if you need a place to study or get away. The staff is competent and friendly. Some of them will even remember what you usually order if you are at least a semi-regular customer. My only problem with the servers here is that they keep bugging me about their membership card and whether Ive registered or not each time I come in. I realize that there are benefits to getting a card but ultimately there are a million things on my mind and a panera membership card is not one of them. Coffee and peace of mind shouldnt be too much to ask for.

This location is always a disappointment. I really just need to stop trying. Dont bother with the tomato mozzarella flatbread. Completely misleading. Not enough mozzarella for it to be in the name. Then its a tomato slice with some roasted tomato mush. Topped with some type of pesto/spring mix. It was awful. But hey, theres still breadbowls and I love me some carbs so I gave it two stars. Service was awful. The ordering machines were malfunctioning so i ordered at the counter. It was as if I was interrupting the girl at the registers day dream with my order then when picking up my "You pick two" I didnt have a baguette with it so I requested it since it should come with it. The woman said nothing, gave me a scowl and tossed the baguette in a bowl and slung the bowl on the bar. No apologies. No acknowledgment. Just rudeness. With any luck, I wont be back to this location

You may look at that super long drive thru line and think that it will be quicker to just go inside. DONT. Going inside this Panera during weekday lunch was like feeding time in a shark tank. I have never seen such a dis-organized space. No one knew what was going on, and I saw three orders get thrown away because they were made twice because theres no communication. I ordered and waited for my food for almost 20 minutes. Then when I got it, I asked for some lemon for my tea, and the girl I asked just walked away. I never saw her again. I asked someone else, and they gave me the lemons, and I finally got to leave. I missed my lunch break and I now have to eat at my desk thanks to this. Next time, I will definitely go through the drive-through, no matter how long the line is.

Called to place a rapid pick up order it took me almost 20 minutes to give her six orders because she was so inexperienced/confused when I asked if it was someone who could take orders faster she said there wasnt so needles to say this 20minutes was a complete waste of my time anyway after giving the orders she wanted to repeat it back -just took another 10 minutes as she said she was having problems looking at the screen The last parts a real kicker -she didnt even place the order- after 30 minutes the order was not in the system, the order was not ready, we had to physically go to the store and place the order ourselves at the register. wasted almost an hour of my day and a lot of very angry guests !!!!

I love Paneras food, but costumer service is just disappointing, People go to restaurants to have a Good time, Last night the Cashier costumer service was totally inappropriate, Her name is Tyler, and this has happened before with her, she does not like her job, she was annoyed taking the order, she did not provide a fork or the cup for the drink with the order, no manners at all, no salute, no smile or signs of good costumer service, she was just getting ready to close at 8:13PM, when the restaurant closes at 9:00PM. I will just avoid going to this particular location, I would like to eat where there is good costumer service!!!

This review is specific to an early morning online pickup order. I placed a breakfast order online to be picked up at 6:20am. The food was good but the order was not ready on time as they seemed understaffed. In addition I was missing an order item which i luckily caught and they rectified. This is not the first time an item has been left off of a multi-person order of mine. Please be prepared or have adequate staff for the early breakfast hours and larger orders.
