Five stars for the cake, it tasted delicious! One star for the service, they are very strict about taking coupons and wouldnt take mine. First they said it was expired by one day and they couldnt take it. Then I went back and they said it was the wrong address, so I drove all the way to the other bundt store which said I could only use my coupon if the cake was decorated and frosted.

The cake here is good but their customer service is not. I was ordering for a corporate event and this was a very painful process working with their front-end employee. Had it not been for the specific flavor my team wanted, I would have taken my business elsewhere in a heart beat.

A red velvet cake was dropped off at the medical office I work at. The cake was incredible! So moist and smooth. The frosting is delicious. Normally I dont like frosting either. But this was heavenly. Truly one of the best cakes Ive ever had.
