My family of five people went to the Tim Hortons in Springboro, on Sunday, 25 January, 2015, around 6:30 p.m. The two "servers" there kept saying that they were out of practically every food we tried to order! Out of broccoli-cheese soup, out of mac-n-cheese! Seriously? I thought it was open 24 hours a day! My opinion is that the two young people working there just didnt want to be bothered serving a party of five people. Hey, went up to the Frischs right up the road and spend $37.00 there. Got GREAT service there...

All I asked for was a large hot tea and a doughnut. I drove 6 miles out if my way to get this . I didnt go to drink any till o got back to my location and it was a coffee. When I went to drive thru to get this the girl at the window was to busy talking to the young fellow that was sitting on the counter when I called the store the manager tells me it was her that took care of me . So you let your manager run your business

Worst "fast-food" experience. Only 2 staff on a Sunday afternoon. These poor people just could not keep up. Waited at counter for over 5 minutes before taking my order. Then, no change in the register. Overheard one employee to say, "no manager for another hour, and he says its not worth it to have 3 staff." Poorly managed. Wont be back.

Terrible, understaffed. I ordered a frosted cinnamon roll, it tasted burnt and had a dot of icing. Got a Carmel latte and it tasted like black coffee. Not to mention I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, because they were just doing the drive thru.

This Tim Hortons has been consistent in providing good food and service. Many times I will meet friends at this location for a quick meal and/or a cup of coffee. I have never had a negative experience, in any way, at this location.

Its 24 hrs! I work 3rd shift got off at 3:30 am went to get an Italian bagel and was told no I had to wait until 10am. Why are you open 24 hrs a day if your not going to serve over half of your menu? Went next door to mcdonalds.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Staff did not say hello and when we ordered they were just so rude. Also the small coffee is kid size, what the hell. First time at this location. Will not come back.

Great service, with good food. The prices were pretty cheap/reasonable, but the quality does not seem diminished. Drive-thru was quick, staff was helpful answering questions and the order was correct.
