I would just like to say that this Z-Baked exhibits very poor customer service and that my friends and I will not be ordering from Z-Baked again. My friends and I called to ask about getting change back for a cash order (we had tipped online, something we obviously should not have done) and we were told that we would be able to receive change for our order. When the delivery girl came to our door, she took the money and left so quickly that my friends did not have the opportunity to ask her about getting change back. So not only did the delivery woman scam us out of our change, but when I called to complain I was laughed at and very obviously lied to when the person I spoke to told me that the delivery driver would be "punished." He then proceeded to quickly hang up before I was able to tell him that I was not looking for her to be punished, just for the service to be corrected in the future. If I could find a corporate number for this establishment online, I would call and try to get them to take some kind of disciplinary action against this locations poor customer service. Since I cant do that, just know that this establishment is NOT worth your time or money, unless you like being treated like crap and not a paying customer.

the cookies came warm and fresh and quicker than the estimated hour delivery time by a half hour. The strawberry shortcake cookie was fluffy and pretty good till the last few bites, very sweet so I wouldnt recomend buying more than one. The Twix cookie was down right 5 stars amazing!! The chocolate was still melting when I had it delivered! The sweet and salty chunk cookie was pathetic however. It looked nothing like the picture and wasnt really sweet or salty, it was just filled with nuts and maybe half a pretzel. It looked like the person who made it just bunched all the ingredients into a ball before cooking. The service isnt as bad as people claim it is and it is never late for me, always about 30-45 minutes early! I love the company and the idea behind it but the food needs to be more thought out. The cheese cake is comparable to pudding in pie form. Il leave yall with that.

Service is horrible and the management is extremely rude when you try and report a problem. Also, the delivery drivers try to scam you out of more money for a tip even if you tip online. I wanted change from my order, after ordering and tipping online, and when the driver got there, she just took my money and ran off and never gave me my change. To top it all off, the order was also completely wrong. I called the store to complain but as soon as I started talking I heard people laughing in the background. The manager ended up hanging up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence. I wasnt even raising my voice or anything. I will definitely not be ordering from this crap hole again. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Order at your own risk.

Z Baked is also Penny Delivery... So, heres my review for both... Z Baked: Z Baked food is horrible. The taste does not equal the cost. I dont eat McDonalds but I rather eat McDonalds than Z Baked any day. Pennys Feedback: Horrible customer service. They get your order wrong and wont refund you your money or redeliver the order. Instead they want to refund you for the part of the order that is wrong or they expect you to wait another 45 mins for them to redeliver the part of the order that was incorrect. So, they expect you to eat the correct part while waiting 45 mins for the rest of your order to show up. Thats ridiculous... Guess thats why they only charge a penny for delivery. You get what you pay for with this company. LITERALLY!!!

So I ordered from here a long time ago and when my delivery came they had forgotten one of my cookies from the order. I thought one cookie wasnt a big deal so I didnt complain. However this time when I ordered from them my order came COMPLETELY wrong. I ordered two doughnuts and 6 cookies, and was delivered one doughnut of the wrong kind and 6 completely wrong cookies. It was like they didnt even look at what I had ordered and just threw stuff together in a box. Then when they brought my correct order they AGAIN forgot one of the cookies. Horrible horrible customer service, its obvious that the workers dont care about the customers. At least the cookies tasted good.

This was the worst service Ive ever experienced. I chose them over Insomnia because they were cheaper when I needed to order a large amount of cookies. Although the cookies were semi-warm when I got them, I only received half of my order ! I ordered 48 and I only got 24 ( a double dozen). Then when I called back to get the second half of my order, it took about an hour and a half to receive it. THEN when I got that order it only had 16 in it??? Im not really one to write reviews but I was just so surprised at how awful they were. I shouldve listened to other people and just gone with Insomnia. Horrible service for abysmal cookies.

After a bad first experience, the owner of Z Baked (Zach) contacted me within 2 hours and offered a free order as well as my money back for the previous experience. I received my cookies within 30 minutes of placing my order the next time - cold milk, warm cookies and was satisfied. THANK YOU ZACH, for going out of your way to make sure your customers are pleased. I dont think I know of any other place where an owner has gone out of their way to contact and make sure a customers next experience is 100% better and free quite like Zach has done for me. This experience and Zach definitely proved me wrong about Z Baked and I will be back!

After waiting 40 minutes (which my sweet attack was dying down) I received my vanilla donut, strawberry shortcake cookie, 2 snickers cookies and a twix cookie! The 2 snicker and twix cookies look like someone took a bowel movement on top of them and they were lightly warm! What happened to presentation??? I was expecting a darker crispy but a lil chewy with a chopped up sneaker and twix with caramel drizzle on top! The strawberry cookie was cold and not crunchy but soggy! The donut was okay but was warmed a lil too long bc it was a lil tuff! Not what I expected at all and would rather bake my own next time and save $$$

I received a gift Groupon for 10 cookies, but it didnt specify that I had to place an order of 20 cookies and pay for the other ten (I put a special note in my online order asking them to call me if I did, indeed, need to pay for the other ten and never received a call). My order was 30 mins late (I pre-ordered earlier in the day) and was missing two of the ten cookies forced on me. The delivery lady was lovely and very friendly and the cookies, although they fall apart and are extremely soft, are delicious. Im sure none of this wouldve bothered me if I were stoned.
