My two boys and I decided to try Noodles & Company for the first time the other day. I was craving some Pad Thai noodles. Besides the very nice waitress, the food was absolutely terrible. The place was dead, that should have been the first sign but we decided to go in anyway. The food tasted like pre-packaged crap that seems to be the norm at almost every restaurant in the Florence area. The pot stickers were soggy, the kids macaroni & cheese was nasty and cheap tasting and WAY over priced. Not only that, the Pad Thai wasnt even close to Pad Thai! Im not sure what that was. It never ceases to amaze me people open up restaurants and serve horrible food! Nothing was fresh, it was all just "warmed up". Well never be back here.

Ill admit at the time I did this review that it is based on a long ago experience. Food is really tasty, service is really good and friendly. That is where the kudos ended from the two of us after that. The portions are really small, I mean seriously, nearly $7 for a typical side serving size of just noodles and veggies. When I added chicken for both meals (I thought the initial price included meat), that was an additional $5 ($2.50 each), and that is without drinks. Now in all fairness, we do not drink fruit juices or sodas, we just do water. But nearly $20 for medium sized dishes was just too much.

Love it. For the most part, pick a bowl size, pick a style, and pick a meat (or no meat). Of all the hybrid restaurants that fit into this "fast casual" category, this is one of the best, IMO. The food is great! I found the service at this location to be very nice. The decor of the dining area fell somewhere between that of a fast food joint and a slightly upscale, table-service restaurant. Which, that is what one would expect at a "fast-casual" restaurant. In addition, the prices fall somewhere between as well.

We have been weekly customers since his store opened and will never be back to this location. One worker there is rude and gives us a hard time about everything. She will not allow Alfredo with parmesan chicken, next time wont let you change sauces. No matter what the situation she is rude and nasty and harassed you even while dining there. She has dark curly hair and appears middle eastern descent. Drive to Newport, they are much more pleasant.

Love the food. I normally call for a pick up order. This location gave me the wrong order twice. Once I had to drop by the next day to return the 2 wrong orders and the second time I received coupons to compensate for the loss time, gas, mileage and energy. Still too disappointed to try again and yes the noodles are way over priced

The food is great but for some reason it seems to be more expensive when I eat here vs the Newport location. They seem to give slightly more food here, but there always seems to be one super bored person at the check out who openly displays their boredom while ringing you up.

Casual dining for really good food. The spices are well balanced and the noodles taste great! The soup was really good too. Makes for a great quick lunch. Also, if you dont like what you ordered, they will supposedly make you a new meal.

Nothing over the top on either side of the equation here. Good food. Wrong order for at least one in our group of eight. Also dont enjoy paying extra for meat and having to hunt for it in my bowl wondering if I got my moneys worth.

The General Manager Santiago is the MAN!!!! Excellent guest service, with a fantastic product! I ordered the Japanese Pan Needle with grilled chicken. Keep up the good work. I love this place!!
