Im a regular at this location but the past few times Ive come Ive ordered through the app because I live 20 minutes away so its easier to order there and then just walk in and grab my food and go. But the past few times Ive done this Ive had to wait 15-20 minutes past the time I put for the order. My sandwich was all wrong too, and I didnt notice it before I arrived home. I had asked for no onion or tomato and added avocado for $1 extra. There was onion and tomato on it and no avocado! I placed an order at this location today too. I placed the order at 1:42 pm and wanted it ready for pickup at 4pm. Thats 2 hours and 17 minutes away, they have plenty of time to make two whole salads, half a sandwich and half a salad, but it wasnt even ready to be picked up at 4:20 pm. So I walked up to the cashier and explained that I placed an order on my phone at 1:42 and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 4 but still wasnt on the pickup shelf. We walked over to the cooks and it turned out the bag was on the counter where people dining in pickup their food, and the name on the bag was facing them. The reason it wasnt on the shelf? They were out of the side items I wanted. They could have circled them and said on the receipt on the bag "see manager", they have done that before, but didnt even try to tell me until I had asked about it. The food always tastes good when it is right though. Just be careful of your wait time in case there is something that theyre out of if you place a rapid order on your phone, you may end up waiting 20 minutes until you ask about your food. Edit: We opened our food around 6:30 and one salad had no dressing and another salad was supposed to be whole but had less in it than the other whole salad we had. It also was supposed to come with some cashews/almonds but there were very few in it.

I came in today with my screaming 2 week old daughter to get some soup. I placed my order with Jerica whom was very friendly. I swiped my debit card multiple times but it could not be read by the machine and she could not enter it manually. She asked her manager Jessica for assistance. Jessica then swiped her manager card and told me to have a great day. She comped my meal 100%. I appreciate the blessing today. Thank you!

The selection here is a welcome change from the typical sandwich shop that are a dime a dozen. The selection of sandwiches, soups, pastries, and other offerings are outstanding. Theres free wifi, and I could see this place being a favorite hangout for a telecommuter. The seating is nice, being as they offer sofas, booths, or small two-seater tables for single or couples.

Over price like all paneras, A torture to place an order by calling I couldnt no one pick up for over an hour that I tried, and you cant order online because only let you order for the next day no the same day. Terrible . Hot chocolate in this place taste like water. For the prices they have is not worth the hassle

Good food. My favorite is the U pick 2 with smokehouse turkey and turkey chili. I do it all season. Lunch service was poor with an over 10 minute wait for meal. So much for get in and get out. Turkey chili was lukewarm but the panini was spot on.

When you order 1/2 sandwich, you will get 1/4 a sandwich with a load of mayo that will make everything fall out as soon as you bite into it. Also the tables are dirty along with the walls if you sit in a booth. Service was fast.

This is a good location. The drink station was not bad. When will Panera realize in every one of their restaurants - their drink stations - not bathrooms - are their biggest area for improvement? Keep them clean!!!

I love panera bread! I ordered salad for my family dinner once and was offered free coffee and they gave my son a reject pastry(deformed but delicious). The staff was so nice and patient. It felt like home.

Great place to sit and have lunch. Broccoli Cheddar Bread Bowl is my absolute favorite. A little pricier than some places but good quality food and plenty of healthy options.

Ordered sandwich to go. Drive 25 to 30 minutes home opened and only had bread and lettuce and tomato and cheese. Left meat off. Ridiculous!!!!
