I frequent Starbucks for its consistency and although my orders are always correct (and if not, quickly corrected), the wait is ridiculous. This coming from someone whos been a barista in at 3 different coffee shops in small and large cities. 10 minutes for a coffee, an iced coffee, when there are very few in line and 3 employees behind the counter. I never waited 10 minutes from the over crowded Starbucks on high street across from the osu campus. Why here?

I visit starbucks several times a week. Today I ordered a grande iced cinnamon almond milk Macchiato that tasted like pure milk with cinnamon. I also ordered a trenta black unsweetened tea with extra ice for later. When I finally took a drink after deciding my cinnamon milk was unbearable, they gave me unsweetened green tea. This was after waiting in line for about 10 minutes. Waste of money......

They are extremely slow. The management must be previous McDonald s employees who wanted to move up the restaurant social ladder. Seriously, how difficult is it to make liquid drinks? Should be quicker than fast food but this location struggles. I cant emphasize enough how slow this location truly is making drinks. This review doesnt allow negative stars.

So I stopped for some caffeine... Got a frappucino with extra shots of espresso.... Lady making it added too much ice... I asked for the extra, because I could see half of my ingredients and one of my extra shots sitting there.. She insisted on dumping it... Guess customer service isnt a priority.... Good thing my local Starbucks has class.

Used the mobile app to order 2 drinks and wait time listed as 4-7mins. 30 mins later I finally have my drinks because they hadnt opened their mobile orders yet. I understand being busy but when other people are ordering and leaving after Ive been waiting, thats just not acceptable. Seems a but unorganized and unprepared for a noon time rush.

Seriously the worst run Starbucks Ive been to in a long time. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to fumble through a few item order. They were out of many items. baristas werent announcing drinks. Manager was not leading despite a line out door. Truly an embarrassing franchise experience.

Starbucks does have great coffee, but there is a fast food restaurant in town that has great coffee products too for way less strain on the wallet, drop your prices some Starbucks, your business will probably more than double what it is now !

Nice place. We did the drive through. The employee taking drink orders was incredibly nice. It means a lot to have that level of customer service. Drink orders were correct and the drive through line moved along pretty quick. Good work!

This one is a little off the interstate, but well worth the time. Got my usual, medium mocha, extra shot and it was perfect. Just what I needed after six hours on the road. Staff was super nice and friendly.

I absolutely loved your black iced tea. Always ordered it vent I with 2 pumps classic syrup. Until you changed syrup now cant get it quite right. Dont change whats not broken. Ha!!

Nothing like being stuck in a drive thru for 30 minutes service here has went way down in past year. Not worth the time drinks sitting in window waiting to take cash ridiculous

The bathroom are big and unisex which is awesome. The Baristas were very quick with the drinks and even gave me a little cup of whipped for my dog which was really cute.
