This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a restaurant. Who ever the tall black guy is needs to be fired, he is so unprofessional. I ordered food over the phone and when I went to get my food this guy was wiping down tables and continued to wipe each and every table down before saying one word to me. Finally he comes over and was just completely rude "what is your name man" (Unprofessional) I then asked can I see my food because he just bagged it up without even confirming if it was what I ordered. Once I asked him that he started rolling his eyes like a little girl and blowing and pouting like a child. So i have determined that either this guy is retarded or hes a recovering crack addict, who maybe the owner owes a favor or something. I would not have this guy working in my establishment. This was my last time ever going to this place. I had a first bad experience with this "jerk" several months prior, but chopped it up to maybe hes had a bad day, but no bad day this guy is just a complete "idiot". Never going back again and this is such a shame because Villa Rica is so small as it is. Great potential owner, but get rid of the recovering crack head. Thanks

I loved this place in the beginning because their wings and fries were awesome but here recently they have been going down hill. They are always running out of food as well as 2 liter soda. I went there the other day and the CO2 was out so the drinks had no carbonation and after 5 minutes of "trying to figure out what was wrong", I finally was given a 2 liter out of the cooler. I went there again tonight and was charged for all flats, like I normally get, and was told that I could not get all flats like I have gotten before yet I was charged for all flats. When I got my order home, my order was 8 drums and 7 flats. Within the past couple of weeks it just seems as though they could care less about their customers. I have been there 10 - 15 times within the past 6 months but after tonight I will not be going back (at least for awhile if not for good).

Extremely poor customer service. Everyone in there was rude. When we walked in there was rap blaring from the kitchen which to me was disrespectful to the women with little kids in there, they under cooked the wings after waiting 30 minutes when there were 2 people in there, then they gave us old Buffalo sauce when I said something the waitress slammed it down on the table. After I left I called and requested to speak to a manager and not surprisingly I was told that there was no manager on duty and it was not known as to when he would return. Definitely not going back

best hot wings ive found in villa rica so far. and at reasonable prices too. they have a nice variety of sauces as well. i think the hours listed are wrong.. to the best of my knowledge theyre open everyday. the only thing i have to disagree with is the where water is a necessity slogan. i know it goes along with the whole fire station thing.. but everyone knows you dont drink water with wings. you drink milk! lol xD

I would give this place less than one star. Customer service is horrible. I came in and placed my order at 5:25 and did not receive it until almost 7! People came in and ordered 30 minutes after me and literally EVERYONE received their food before I did. My order was the simplest one there. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend this place to any one. They need to hire more help.

The wings arent bad, but their person who runs the counter needs to be trained on attitude. They are usually rude and always stare at you. They have zero personality. When and if they greet you its as if you are trampling on their personal time and are bothering them.

I love trying different new places when I travel however you never know what youre going to get. After reading some of the reviews on this place I was hesitant to try it. However Im glad that I did. It was more than excellent service and even better food!
