NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN & Customer service is horrible, food never came I wish I could give 0 stars ! Called and placed an order but when I asked what was in the spring roll she told me she didnt know - so I suggested she asked somebody else - and she insisted that nobody else knew either because it is just ordered from some company (so I just left off the spring rolls). Before we hang up i specifically tell her how to get here and she says okay. I wait 30 mins and get a call saying that she didnt know how to get here and is going to return the money. I tried to tell her how to get here and she insisted there was no way to my house ??? and so I called the main store and asked if she relayed the message on how to get here and by then the driver was at the store. They spoke in Chinese and I told her again how to get here and they told me by the time it got here it could still be warm I just told her to give a refund. Id call myself trying this place again because in the past I ordered from them couldnt remember why I stopped - thought I would give it another shot but now I remember . Its not worth it save your time, energy, and money for another place ! NEVER AGAIN !

I got General Tsos Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, An Egg Roll, Wonton Soup, and Crab Rangoon. General Tsos Chicken- very good, crispy not soggy, and mostly chicken not breading. Pork Fried Rice- so-so, only onions and pork, no veggies or egg Egg Roll- ok- nice and crispy but only one type of cabbage mainly and barely any pork Wonton Soup- not so great- very bland crab rangoon- not good- tasted like it had been frozen and thawed, was all cream cheese filling, could see a spec of crab but not taste it, and the edges were fried to where they were hard not just crispy.

NEVER order Chinese food from great wall Chinese restaurant on waller avenue ! Called over an hour ago to order my food for delivery, it gets here over an hour late, when it gets here the delivery man calls and trys to tell me to come outside and get it, so I told him come to the apartment he gets to the door dont have change for a $20 and they forgot one of my drinks so I call the restaurant to see if I can have it free and the woman tried to say no and get smart so I cussed her out and told them I dont want it! Such bad customer service!!

Took nearly an hour for the food to get here. Finally get it and its missing part of my order. I called them back to let them know. She said shell send them right out. Never showed up. I had already eaten my disgusting general tso that wasnt very edible. I call them back 45 minutes later and was informed that the delivery driver is missing and they will refund for what was missing. Extremely overpriced as well. Will NEVER order from them again!!!!

I have been eating at great wall since my college days at UK (for about the bast 8 years or so). I have had others, such as Asian Wind, Pekin Bistro, China King and the others dont even compare. Everything is super fresh. I recommend the broccoli with chicken. The chicken at this place is REAL chicken ... not thick sliced lunch meat like it seems to be at other places !! GO!

My familys favorite Chinese restaurant ever!! The workers are very nice and sweet too; Will never mess up your orders!! EDIT: Management has changed since my last review. The food tastes completely different. Its not the same. Its a shame because they were our favorite but weve stopped going to them.

Been here a few times so far and Ive gotten something different each time. I havent had anything that wasnt crazy delicious. A lot of the things I got were vegetarian, too. And you know vegetarian dishes are not always all that wonderful... they were here!

For "cheap" Chinese take-out, it doesnt get any better in Lexington. Everything is cooked fresh. The chicken is always crispy and piping hot, not soggy. The sauces do not all taste the same. Veggies are fresh. What more can you ask for for 5 bucks?

Been eating there for 15 years - never had a bad meal. Treat yourself to the Sesame Chicken - tamer sibling of their General Tsos. Delish, and even the lunch portion serves two unless youre a 300 lb. laborer who skipped breakfast. All excellent.

General Tsos chicken used to be made with fresh hand breaded thigh meat. Apparently that has changed. It was tough and chewy. Sauce is different too. It is the usual sweet syrupy sauce. They used to have their own flavor. So sad.

Tied for the best steamed rice in Lexington. The food here is very good. Theyre very popular and therefore often run out of certain ingredients, green beans for example. It is frustrating that they only accept cash.

Found a long hair in my Food, and everything tasted horrible. I order the moo shoo chicken, I got big pieces of fatty skin in my Food, and nothing tasted fresh. I was very disappointed, bc I love love Chinese food
