Simply not worth the money. As I sit here irritated at the cold Triple Prime burger and fries I was eating, I can’t help but share why I’m so disappointed at my Ruby Tuesday experience today. I’m writing this because frankly speaking I can’t believe that this kind of service is worth the 40 or so bucks I wasted today there. My first complaint is regarding the curbside service. When I decided to order from Ruby Tuesday today it was specifically for the curbside service. I parked in the curbside parking space and waited. And then I waited some more. I noticed restaurant staff sticking their heads out the window and looking towards my vehicle, but no one came. When I arrived, I noticed another customer waiting in the other curbside parking space. She ultimately got up and went inside. After waiting 15 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, I went inside through the curbside entrance. There was a waiter and he asked if I wanted to sit down. I told him I was waiting for a curbside order. He directed me to the bar. When I asked him why did I have to go to the bar if there was curb side service. He directed me to a manager who said – you’re right … but you have to go to the bar. When I got to the bar, I noticed that my order had been sitting there. I asked the manager at the bar how curbside worked – as my understanding was that you sit in your car and they bring the food to you. She took a sharp tone with me and explained that they do not offer curbside during daylight hours. And hinted that the reason they didn’t come out was because the waitress would not be waiting at the curbside entrance. I asked when this was so, because there was no mention of this on the website – and she explained that they would bring my food to my car if I called them upon arrival. Or I could just come in and get my food. She then pointed to my food and said I could check it if I want – and then walked off. Now I’m still trying to wrap my head around this concept – if it’s curbside – why do I have to get out of the car? And if my food had been sitting there for 15 – 20 minutes – why didn’t someone check just to see if the owner might have been in the curbside parking space. It’s not as if the restaurant was packed. I was a little irritated but not terribly upset at that point. Once I got home, I opened my food – and I noticed that the lettuce had brown spots. The type of spots that occur when lettuce becomes old. I’ve uploaded some pictures for reference. Now I was ok with the poor customer service, but when I open up my south west egg rolls and burger and see this lettuce that has rotting sections… …at this point – I don’t see myself going back to this Ruby Tuesday again or recommending it to anyone. Furthermore, if I feel this way – I am sure there are plenty of people who have just not said anything and made the silent decision not to return as well.

Me and my wife went to ruby Tuesday on Thornton road even after reading the reviews. But it was the worst service we ever had. After being seated we waited 12 mins for someone to come and my wife had to go to the hostess to let them know we had no-one come take our drink orders yet. Then 10 mins later the waitress shows up and complaining that she had to help the bartender. Ok fine but you have tables to tend to. But anyway we made our drink order then 13 mins later we finally get drinks. The waitress who had a very nonchalant attitude the whole time was very annoying. Asked the waitress for a water the same time my wife did but had to ask 3 more times even after my wife got hers. The drinks we ordered was very watered down and had no alcohol in them. While we was waiting there were 2 other tables complaining and talking to the manager about how long they had to wait for food. We was still trying to be positive. But finally being able to place our food order we ordered and I then had to wait 20 more mins for a salad. Which by now we are fed up but we were hungry. Food finally came then we had to wait 10 more min for condiments by that time food was cold. So we continue to wait for condiments but the waitress was so slow. Then we made another drink order and got that 20 mins later. Then the waitress came back again complaining how she had to make the drinks and the bartender wasnt doing her job. Im like ok Im just ready to go. So she then ask us did we want to speak with the manager bc every body else was. What waitress says that? But we was very dissatisfied and will never eat there again. The service was horrible and they really need to train what good customer is. After speaking with the manager she didnt even apologize about the service. She was just as nonchalant as the waitress was. My wife couldnt even enjoy her food. This is the reason why they have a 2.5 rating. Never again will I eat there.

I havent been to Ruby Tuesday in well over 10 years and today I remembered why. The service started off with me waiting 5 minutes for my waitress who showed up and said, "Oops, I forgot my pen and paper. Let me go get it." I ordered the Chicken Fresco with mashed potatoes and broccoli. MISTAKE. The chicken was wayyyy over salted and the mashed potatoes had this weird glossy coating and it literally tasted like what I would think foot fungus would taste like. The only thing I ate was the broccoli. I also ate the salad bar in which all of the dressings had the consistency of water. Another issue I had was that my drink was $3.00. Just a regular soda. WHAT. No, no, no. Another thing, the plates and silverware used were dirty. I now understand why this restaurant chain has slowly disappeared. I wouldnt be the slightest bit upset if the whole company fell off. How this place even gets above 1 stars is beyond me. I mean, if youve eaten out of a trashcan your entire life I can see how this place could potentially be 3 stars but nothing more. My stomach is currently unhappy with my decision and I have visited the bathroom twice in the last hour. Needless to say, I am never going back.

Attempted to go on a Sunday evening around 8pm. My wife and two year old were coming back into town after a long drive and thought wed stop here, particularly since the little guy was starving. We were a bit worried when the hostess walked right past the couple that came in before us and said itll be just a bit, and she walked outside. I took the little man to the bathroom to change him (props for them having a diaper station in the mens room), I get back 5 minutes or so later, and dont see my wife at any tables along the way, and I get back to the front and shes still waiting there... with no hostess in sight. Apparently they had just finally sat the other couple. This restaurant was hardly busy... and we decided to cut our losses and just leave. And I dont think anyone even noticed. Didnt want to review the Food or Decor since I didnt really get a chance to experience, but google requires them all to be filled. So Ill give them the benefit of the doubt for each of those, as Ruby Tuesday usually has decent food
