Well the food that was Right was...Ok at best. Unfortunately Nothing else was. Typically I do not have the time or the energy to write a review good or bad on a companys media page, however my experience at this particular Bobs Yesterday (3-30-2014) was so terrible that it Must be shared. We called in an order...and it was a bit complicated Ill give them that. The order was 2 Garden Harvest Omelets Combined (which was explained as make a 6 egg omelet with the ingredients for 2 Garden Harvest omelets in it, with NO Cheese) a Side of Bacon, Home frys and no bread. The other order was the Rise and Shine Scrambled w/Swiss, Bacon and Home Frys NO Bread. Well thank goodness this meal was Free...because heres what we got...There might have been 6 eggs in this Omelet (not that I could tell by just looking), the Garden Harvest ingredients, but also a full side of 6 Soogy Bacon pieces Inside the Omelet itself. OH and the Whole thing was covered in what appeared to be a pound of Cheddar Cheese. My Rise and Shine was ok...except I received Hash Browns instead of Home frys and everything was Ice Cold and my cheese had all but formed an impenetrable shell around my eggs. But then again the cold food might have been for the wait we had to get this incorrect order, OR it might have been for the 8 (yes 8) Biscuits we received that we didnt order. Cause I know it certainly wasnt waiting on them to put napkins, butter, salt, ketchup packets or to go silverware in the bag!

I have always liked this location..the reason I scored it as excellent...was the great service we received from the manager on call.. among other reasons. May 22, 2013 Wed evening..we had a problem with a take out order...my husband had to drive back out to get something that was not put in the bag..We eat here all the time/as well as all of our family...The manager on call tonight....was EXcellent...she corrected the entire problem..and apologized for the inconvenience...I didnt get her name...but the time she was working was maybe around 8:30PM..and I have been ill so getting a meal from take out was helpful..I had ordered the Chicken Noodle Deep Dish meal with gravy on the side......which when my husband got home there was no gravy...so he had to drive back out..which wasnt too far..but wasnt something he "wanted" to do....but none the less....she was great...with a top notch customer service attitude...so I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for clean newly decorated and delicious food..Note: I would like to add that "possibly" my husband could have actually forgotten to say gravy on the side? which he says he did say? but the point was the cashier should have just corrected it..in a friendly manner and accept that just "MAYBE" she was wrong? None the less...things were taken care of thanks to the manager.........Thank you...

My husband love to eat in different restaurants and he always treat me to what he think is nice and have delicious food.. Well it is my 2nd time to eat at Bob Evans (today 9/1/15).. My first time is when my first pay check.. The first time was amazing my husband ordered his favorite and I order the 3way stuff.. which is fried chicken, soup, bread and dessert.. (diff choices) I like it because it is cheap and I got what I want.. It IS SOOOO good and awesome food for me.. well I tried diff. restaurant and buffet here in US, but Bob Evans got my taste and choice of foods.. ☺ Yes they maybe a kinda slow in service like we wait for 40mins for our food and to the point that this time my chicken was not really done well..... They are aware that they have faults sometimes, but the Manager and staff are humbly sorry for that... and I understand it because I know everybody work hard just to get the costumer satisfy.. I am not reach but I still pay for our food because we still like it ( I mean my husband like his done well food, for me its just fine we talked to manager and he gave me another chicken leg ) and since my daughter is free meal because its Tuesday, it doesnt matter at all.. I will still back and order my favorite 3way foods.. I wish I have budget every week though.. I am Filipino First time in US and I love Bob Evans!! Thank you!!☺☺

Worst experience at a restaurant in a long time. Was seated immediately by the host && he got our drinks, he was absolutely amazing && kind. Our waitress on the other hand was very rude. She took our order && got it wrong, she waited on two other tables that arrived after us before even checking to see if our order had been taken. She engaged into a conversation with my 6 year old son then half way through him talking she walked away, she brought us our food && we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my childs food because she didnt even take his order down && was only interested in my bracelet instead of doing her job, then she walked away never to return until she brought the check && all she had to say to my family was "here, this is for you guys" && put our check on the table. She never introduced herself so we dont even know who our server was, we had to ask multiple times for silverware, syrup && never had our drinks refilled the whole time. She interupted me && my family anytime she spoke to us (3 whole times we saw her). I have been in serving for almost 9 years && have never treated someone with such disrespect. She was very rude && we will not be going back to this "family orientated" restaurant.

I took my Mom out for Mothers Day breakfast. We arrived at 7:55. We were seated and had ordered by 8:00. When the order arrived at 8:40, there were no hash brown potatoes on my Mothers order and my "well done" hash brown potatoes looked for the most part barely cooked. They put in the order for my Mothers has browns, and they took mine to be recooked. I nor my Mother ever got our hash browns. By the time I realized the potatoes would take longer than anticipated the eggs were cold. Bob Evans credited us for the hash browns, but not the ruined morning. My Mom kept wondering what was wrong and why they couldnt the get the food to the table. The Manager tried to say the server did not put the "well done" on the order and did not order hash browns for my Mother. Fortunately I was sitting close enough to the counter to hear her say, when she sent the order back, both are hash browns well done. This location needs to straighten out the kitchen help.This used to be a well run store. Sadly it is not well run now.

Was employed for less then four weeks. The Store manager is a complete and unprofessional moron, expecting new hires in the restaurant scene to be able to fully memorize a menu, practice serving tables, and get the whole entire grip of the store and its functions within fifteen work hours. Recently found out multiple employees arehave left because of the way she talks and treats her employees. I gave it two stars and not one simply because the employees ( besides the managers ) are great, the servers in the A.M. have been there for multiple years and are great people to be around. Do not work here while Jamie is under management.
