Me and my family will never go back....I received a coupon through my email address .I presented the print out to my waitress,she told me that the coupon allowed me to get any pancake breakfast combo FREE of charge.I placed my order and presented the coupon at checkout...I had to wait over 10min because there was no one present at the check out counter.Finally as the line build with others ready to check out ,a cashier came to ring me out but could not figure out how to ring me out with the coupon...another waitress attempted...same thing,..finally some one got a bright idea and called the manager..The manger deducted the price of the pancakes and told me I had to pay for the rest of my order..I told him I asked the waitress before I orderd about the coupon. He rudley told me "mam did u read the coupon"..whether I understood the coupon or not it was the waitress job to let me know fully about the coupon ,and since she told me something that was incorrect it was there job to make it right. Not blame me for being misinformed by their employee..I also made a complaint to ihop customer service..they stated someone would call me back the next day..havent heard back from them

From the previous reviews I can tell that my experience here is not the only bad one. Firstly, my review is based on numerous visits. My food, never correct. My food never appears like the pictures that look so appetizing on the menu. The floors on the kitchen are dirty usually full of dirty mop water. The waitress walls through the water and tracks it back into the restaurant. The sauce, compotes, and cremes used for the pancakes, frepes, French toast is stored in a foam cup on the counters. The waitresses rarely wash their hands between collecting old plates and bringing you your dribbles and food. No hair nets are worn. Wait for service is on the upper side of 45 minutes even at 3 am. Very unsanitary. Dine elsewhere.

I am a veteran of the United States Army and have never experienced the amount of disrespect that I received from the staff at this location. I am disgusted, and hurt at how an establishment could treat their hard working customers so poorly. The General Manager, Russ, was extremely rude and had no disregard for what was said to me. He never apologized for anything and instead of fixing the poor excuse for customer service, told me that I have two options, to leave or stay. When I asked for the contact information to file a complaint, he said, “They are just going to send it back to me.” My family and I visit an Ihop location at least once a month and have never had a problem until now. I will never visit this location again.

Just ate at the restaurant today (11/6/15 at 9:45am) and the food was amazing. We were seated and immediately our waitress was there, despite the restaurant being semi full. She took our drink orders and food orders and within 15 minutes our food was on the table. No it was not leftovers or precooked food thrown on a plate n heated when ordered. It was actually hot hot, freah off the stove. Our waitress was a female named Shay(causcasian,slim)....I had to describe her cause I want her to know that she done a great job! Cant wait till me and my husband visits Atlanta again, we will definitely be coming back! Also....great job to the chefs that worked this morning....food was amazing!!

Called in an order March 10,2017 the order was repeated and the follow question was how long will this be 20min was stated...Upon arrival the order repeated before payment then. My husband waits for an hour the order completely wrong and when I called to get a refund I was told IHOP Does do refunds on credit cards a complete lie and the Manger Evelyn was a complete lair and only wanted to recook food .so instead of custom first at Thornton rd IHOP its whats best for the manager... This is the 3 rd time have a completely wrong to go order from this branch

It smells in there, waitress and waiters are RUDE, NASTY, UN ORGANIZED JUST PLAIN DONT CARE. OH DONT LET ME GET STARTED ON THE MGMT. all yall that saying it was good, excellent, is because you have never been to somewhere where they treat you nice, have class,.. all you used too is nasty rudeness, so u dont know any better.. I WISH THEY COULD SHUT IT DOWN.. IF YOU LOOKING FOR GHETTO WAITRESS, WAITERS, AND MGMT, YOU DONT HAVE TO GO TO THE HOOD, GO TO IHOP ON THORNTON RD LITHIA SPRINGS.

I went to this location several times before and I never looked at my check....today I looked...my waitress over charged me $1.00 by putting down Dr Pepper instead of coffee.. this is where my issue begins..when brought to her attention. She said ohhh I have been doing that all week let them know when u cash out....Really and you expect a TIP? Think today was my last time at this location....how many dollars have been taken by charging that extra $1.00?

Food was great. My server, Amanda, was busy as hell but she did her best. Really couldve used help, She was an one woman show... Host, cashier, serving and running food. Not to mention cleaning tables also. She couldnt catch a break parties continued to come.... I hope her night ends well and the lack of help doesnt affect her money. Listen this is IHOP on Thornton road most people who come through here are hood ghetto whatever,these people try hard &they put up with a lot there not the best but again its IHOP on Thornton road. Now a while you do deserve good service just show them some compassion and maybe youll have a better experience I always get treated well.thats why I keep going back&I live all the way in Atl.

The service at this location is deplorable. The waitress, Camilla, was too busy chatting with friends and co - workers to properly serve us at our table. We sat without silverware for over ten minutes while she served other customers that were just given seats. Awful. Had to speak to the manager about her service. If you go to this location, do so of your own waste of time.

No star really. I just had to give it something before it will allow me to post my rating. This place is horrible!!!!!!! Attendance dont attend on time . They Sat there for an hour and half no food! We had to leave ! Dont go to this IHOP! It needs to be closed down!! Worker sits down doing nothing while customer sit a wait for food! This place must be shut down!!!!!!

It was three of us we came in on May 8 @ 12:41....it was two servers one was occupied and the other told us to hurry up and order bc she is about to go home. So as soon as we could get out we did. Very Poor Service and I will be calling the Manager tmrw. Very disrespectful and very ghetto attitude should not bring personal problems to the job.

Called this morning March 11,2017 in regards to a order that was wrong no real concern or regard for poor service cooking and all I was offered was a vocher because they dont do refunds on debit card transactions. Lies will never spend another dollar in this unorganized under staffed disrespectful cashiers and Manger Evelyn.
