I took my girlfriend to this location because the description states they put on a show. Upon walking in I told the greeter that it was her birthday. They have a sign when you walk in that says,"Come celebrate your birthday with us". We sit. We received no showmanship. It seemed as if the chef did not even care about the patrons whatso ever. My girlfriend not only did not receive any birthday wishes, but was skimped on her plate. Birthday or not. Her plate costs the same as everyone elses and we expect the same portions to be delivered to each individual. Overall we have fun no matter what but this place was not the one to have it at. Food was good. Service crappy.

Came to the restaurant with my husband and we were given take out box with someones left over gum and hair. We waited over 15 minutes for manager to come talk to us. I am not a big eater so more than half my food went to waste. As I did not see the gum and hair until the box was closed. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I would never return. I have posted images of the box given to me. She stated that nothing can be done and charged us in full.

Like Me and my Mom were waiting for 40 minutes until the Manager came over and said sorry for the wait, so he refilled our drinks and promised us a chef on the next 5 minutes. The manager coming over and being kind was the only genuine service I saw there so to be honest I wouldnt really recommend it. The food was good on my part though and the cooking was great entertainment. That is what I think of Shogun Hibachi.

I really enjoy going here for sushi. The sushi/sashimi combos are very fairly priced. You get a lot of sushi for your money! The sushi chef Justin is great. Hes very friendly and makes great sushi. Hyang is also a cool server. We always look forward to seeing her when we come here. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere.

I didnt like the shrimp fried rice or the yum yum sauce. I was charged extra for 2small servings of sauce & it tasted horrible. I usually go to The Kirin House for delicious Japanese Cusine. Decided to try Shogun because its close to my house. Never again! Ill continue to patronize the Kirin House.

It seemed a single server was taking care of nearly the entire restaurant. My order was wrong and when it came time to paying we couldnt find her. The host / manager seemed unfriendly. Food was good, what you would find at a typical Asian fusion restaurant. Our experience wasnt optimal .

The food was good so we tipped the chef but the host and the server were horrible. They did not have any manners at all. I will not go back there again. I believe customer service is the main thing for any business to succeed and that place is lacking that part.... Very disappointed

The lunch special before 2pm you chat beat and they have a sushi roll I cant find anywhere else that is super good. Super volcano roll is awesome, not every where makes it like this place and the yum yum sauce is good too. Ive only jade hibachi and sushi and its always been good.

you will have to wait long periods of time to be seated, to get your waitress/waitor to come to your table, to place an order, etc. You can walk in and no one will say anything to you for 5 plus minutes. Very bad customer service.

Out of all the Hibachi restaurants I have tried, this one is by far the worst. Everything from the ginger dressing and soup to the rice, meat, and vegetables tasted gross. I definitely do not recommend this Sho Gun

Staff is rude and food is bad. My meal was burned and it took 30 minutes to flag down our waitress so she can replace it. She didnt seem to care and the replacement wasnt much better. Go elsewhere.

Shogun Hibachi grill is worth a visit. Of course, during the busy times had to wait long for service. However, the food is good, and an affordable option for lunch.
