The WORST dining experience I have ever had...and that is saying ALOT. Long story short. Waitress needs to find a new profession. Took over 30 minutes to get an appitizer that we ordered in the first 5 minutes of arriving. Mean while our drinks sat empty and we were never checked on. When the appetizers finally got there. She didnt bring us silverware or plates to use. So we had to use our fingers for silverware and napkins for plates (that is the also the picture attached to this review you,can also see the empty seats around us showing how,slow it was) and she forgot to fill our drinks Still!!!!.... Our actual food took another 30 minutes to arrive after the appetizers. So about 55 minutes total from the time we first walked in.... When the food was brought out we were missing the dipping sauce we asked for on both orders, I was missing celery With my wings, and we were still missing silverware and our drinks have still not been refilled.... So I brought all of this to her attention. She got very short answered and disappeared for another 10-15 minutes. While still we had no drinks, no dipping sauce, no silver wear, and missing part of my order... When she finally returned she just threw the sauce, silverware, and waters in the table and ran away. Didnt even give me time to inquire again about the other half of my order I didnt receive..... When she brought the check 15 minutes later I asked to speak with the manager. The manager (Jason) came out and I told him what had happened and told him if he thought I should be responsible for the cost of the meal I would have no problem paying it but I didnt think I should.... He adjusted the bill and lowered it $13 dollars........... Yea 13 dollars.... At this point we had been in the restaurant for over an hour and half and had only gotten part of what we ordered so I didnt feel like it have the energy to argue or deal with this any futher but......a 13 dollar discount was a slap in the face, but I paid the bill and left, but I will never spend another dime in this establishment. Managment and staff really need to be reconsisdered at this establishment, based on what I saw and went through on a slow day i cant imagine how bad service would be on a busy night.

I would not recommend going to this location. Our service was terrible and the food was not great. Me and my girlfriend walked in and were seated quickly which was nice. Our waitress was attentive when we first got there, however the longer we stayed the less it remained true. It took our waitress 10-15 minutes to refill our drinks, our chips and quso we ordered took some time to make which I understand. However I dont understand why the chips were covered in oil, clumped together, and clearly not finished cooking. We both ordered wings, 20 wings each, and while hers were ok, mine were not. I had ordered 20 boneless and while most were OK, some were burnt to the point that my fork couldnt go through them unless I jabbed it extremely hard, and there was a winged chicken wing included in my boneless wings. The worst part was that we waited 20 minutes for our check! Id understand if they were extremely busy or even short staffed but they were not. I think me and my gf saw 12 people? Maybe 15 at the most. And I think we saw 4 waitresses not including the bartender. The total came out to 50 dollars including drinks. For that much money Id rather have gone to long horns or the old tavern. Honestly anywhere would have been better than that for that price. In conclusion, dont go here.

Food is standard Hooters fare, but the service is subpar at best. Ive been here three times now and all three times have been very disappointing.. the best experience I can relate involves being mildly ignored on a moderately busy night as the bartender forgot my repeated requests for ranch and a refill of beer while she cozied up to regulars. The worst experience involves being completely ignored for 15 minutes while I sat directly in the center of the bar until I simply stood up and walked out, still without any acknowledgement. Granted it was a busy night, but the former bartender in me says that 15 minutes is more than enough time to at least pop in and fire off a quick "Ill be right with you." For a bartender to make eye contact with me and still never even greet me is a new experience entirely. Ive given it three strikes. Even though its the closest to my house, Ill gladly take my business somewhere that service to everyone (and not just the few regulars sprinkled around the bar) is valued.

I am shocked the service here at hooters in Lawrenceville georgia is just incredibly and absolutely disgusting I thought the waitresses would be a little more ladylike but truth be told that they are not...first of all the waitress named KAREN GOMEZ came to the table and served my food and she looked directly at my fiance giving him a flirty look I looked at her and as my fiance got up to go talk outside I noticed how she just looked him up and down just checking him out I did not appreciate this female KAREN GOMEZ being flirty and promiscuous towards my future husband to the manager I hope that you all see this and tell her something because if she acted that way towards my fiance and in front of me she must surely act that with all other men that come in the restaurant besides bad quality service the food was absolutely delicious it was fabulous the only thing that ruined my appetite was the poor quality service

So my brother calls in an order for 10 wings at 10:20pm. Lady on the phone says itll take 15 minutes. So I go in around around 10:40. Tell them Im here to pick up. I END UP SITTING THERE WAITING FOR AN HOUR. Ive asked one of the girls to check on it and make sure its been placed. She said they just started making it at 11:12!!!!! This point Im livid and Im eyeing the kitchen hard. I see some boxes come out and theyre not mine. I go over to the bartender and she grabs the other boxes and they just so happen to be mine. JUST SITTING THERE. Lady Ive already told you what Im here for and my name and you are just going to let them sit there?! Cool. Very cool. She gives me the box and a check for $11.23. No way in hell im paying for this. Ive paid you in time wasted. I made it back home at 11:48pm. Will be in tomorrow to speak with manager.

If I could...I would rate this place a -100. I visited on 8/19 at approximately 11pm EST. As a matter of fact Im still sitting here at 12:08pm waiting for my food because the first order was cold. The waitress was very sweet initially.. but waitressing is not a good fit for her. She blamed the cooks for the cold food after I sat and watched my food sit in the window for an extended period of time. Little miss waitress..Im sorry to break the news to you but YOU are the reason my food was cold. its YOUR responsibility to ensure that you frequently check the window so that youre able to deliver HOT food. But you chose to make everything else a higher priority on this SLOW night in Hooters. We will NOT return. But you really should consider a team system so that your employees can look out for one another.
