Absolutely awful service. Ive never written a review for a restaurant before but they had me so annoyed I had to. Placed my order, drove away and found I didnt have my nachos, or quesadilla. Turned around and went inside and the lady that screwed it up looks at me and says "oh did you forget your quesadilla?" They handed me the bag and I figured everything would be in it. I get home and now there isnt any nacho cheese and the quesadilla was smashed up into a ball. It all comes down to being lazy and not caring. Yes its Taco Bell I dont expect 5 star restaurant service, but come on.

Our total was $7.86 we gave "Kevin" at the drive thru window $22.86 and he handed us back $14 and some change. My husband very kindly said this is wrong and explained that we gave him exact change. He rolled his eyes at him and walked off. The girl at the front counter must see this a lot because she just laughed. Completely unprofessional but what else would you expect from someone who wants $15 an hour. We just moved to Dawsonville this weekend and I can promise you we will never be back.

My husband went through the drive through tonight and they were out of EVERYTHING. Not only that, but we asked for no pico on my salad and all they did was put it on there and then remember OOPS! so they took it off - with traces of cilantro n onion left behind - NASTY! UMMM ALLERGIES?! They also charged us for an item we did not receive. Oh, and they didnt give me my dressing for my salad. The food was awful too. This location is the absolute worst!

Very unpleasant! Each time I come here I swear I will never be back! Rude service, they never manage to get the order correct even though it states everything clearly on the receipt and they even read everything back to me when I order!!!! Highly upset will not be back and do not recommend this taco Bell to anyone. Its unfortunate really because it used to be the best one around here.

Usually ok... Daughter loves it (and one of the few left that still serves Dr Pepper), but today was baaad. Both found hair in our food. Floor filthy. And workers all cursing in Spanish, calling each other vile names, apparently forgetting (or not caring) that some people are bilingual.

They have great good! Though they did manage to mess up my order and add extra charge to something I didnt order. My parents are strict vegetarian and I found chicken in my food. But the food turned out to be better than any other Taco Bell I have been to.
