Staff is pretty friendly and the food is on par with any other Taco Bell around but the wait is ridiculous. 20 minutes in a drive thru for 3 tacos and a drink is unacceptable. Ive even waited 15 minutes in the line only to get up to the window to be told they were accepting cash only. When I told them I only had a card, the lady at the window actually hollered to the back and said not to start making my order. Even if I did have cash, they were only making orders once you got to the window. The organization is ridiculous.

If you are drunk, this is the place for you. If you are sober, heed this warning: Incredibly slow, incompetent staff, and terrible service overall. Be ready to wait 10+ minutes for your food, especially towards the evening hours. Check your food before you leave; they likely messed up your order. Just spend the extra money for Pueblos, El Jimador, or even Moes; it will be far more worth your while, plus you will get your food faster.

My experience here at the tacobell in Dahlonega Ga has been a great one all thou times are slow they still are friendly with smiles and kim is very very nice and friendly and goes that extra mile for everyone and Ms. Tina is getting tacobell in order she is an extraordinary lady i enjoy talking to her these yeo beautiful and friendly weman deserve, more.

Not looking to completely trash them, its still good food minus burnt tortillas occasionally. However, the service is unreasonably slow and they always seem understaffed. Ive seen a manger argue with an employee behind the counter and the worst part is for some reason they charge more per item than other Taco Bell locations.

So this taco bell is 15-20% more expensive then other Tacobells. Really not worth it, better to go somewhere else if you on a budget. Or care anything for how much your paying for your food. Also keep an eye on how much your being charged as sometimes the menu will not match the actual price.

This Taco Bell takes FOREVER to get your food. Ill come and be the only person in line and it will still take 10-15 mins to my food. If there is other people more like 20 mins. I lose ten miles in gas just sitting there everytime! The food is good but not worth the wait.

Wow...I have never waited this long in a drive thru before. Waited 6 months to come back after they ran out of beef...then lettuce on multiple trips this spring. Think Ill just close the book on this one...the one ob Thompson Bridge in Gainesville is great!

The food is at least edible the majority of the time, even if its not what you ordered. Set aside a good half hour or so before you actually try to order food. Im pretty confident the restaurant is staffed with the dropouts from the college.

This Taco Bell has gotten our order wrong more than once. The dinning room is often dirty. On our last trip they did fix the order after we went back. Also, I have had to wait a long time in the drive-thru!

They usually get my order wrong and if you dont have time, dont go thru the drive-thru. Once youre in line, youre stuck! Ive had to wait over 45 mins for food in the drive-thru.
