Let me begin with the food is decent and what you would find at any Chick Fil A. However the service has been ruined by one employee who consistently messes up my order. You will recognize him as the older, balding, man with glasses and very friendly demeanor. However dont let his amicable geriatric ways fool you. Triple check your order because on no less than 3 occasions he has messed up my order in the drive thru. If you have more than one sandwich not only count you have the correct amount, but unwrap them perhaps even taste them to ensure you have the correct order. My advice: tone down the friendly banter and focus more on the service. We will be dining there again because for the most part Chick Fil A rocks, but I will not allow him to handle my order.

Worst CFA Ive every visited. Went thru drive thru about 12:45 Thurs. July 2, 2015, ordered 2 CFA sandwiches, a lemonade, and black coffee. The girl on the speaker said it would be 5 extra minutes because they didnt have any coffee made, so I changed it to Coke. Got to the window and the cashier STILL had us pull ahead to wait for bout 5 minutes for 2 regular chicken sandwiches? Really? CFA out of chicken sandwiches during lunch? And its not rocket science that just maybe someobody might order coffee during lunch....

Easily my favorite Chick fil a in the whole state. Ive only ever had sub par food from this location of once or twice in the years Ive been visiting it. The old guy that works in the morning is awesome he is always so pleasant and upbeat, and his customer satisfaction and happiness is one of the main reasons I drive out of my way to visit this location as opposed to the one on 400 in Dawsonville.

Love coming to Chick-fil-a with my family and friends. They are always so friendly and eager to please. Jim is such a blessing to this establishment, my kids love him and his energy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and fellowship.

I absolutely love this Chick-Fil-A!! Ive never had such good customer service as at this location! Every location Ive been to is great but this one is above all. They are so fast and polite! Thank you employees for always putting a smile on my face

The lady who works the drive thru in the morning paid the difference for my meal when I left my debit card at home. This made my day and restored all my faith in humanity. Chick-fil-a always has the nicest employees and the food is terrific! A++++

What you expect. Smiling faces. Fried chicken sandwiches. My favorite store in the chain so far. Clean. Neat. Well organized. But in the end it costs about the same as a small sirloin and a beer from Outback without the tip.

Went here during the weekend. Excellent service and staff! Had a great conversation with the older woman taking my order about her Ukrainian background and the service was just top notch for any Chick-fil-A Ive been to!
