This Popeyes needs to be shut down like a year ago. They must have no the application does your life sucks are you rude, are you a person that hate your job and let the customer know it if so work here. These people are rude and never have anything. How are you always out of chicken? Always a ten minute wait I thought this was fast food. Every time I go here its an issue. I come here last night at 1020(they close at 11) after I wait at the box(line was empty) for 10 minutes a rude girl comes on and says we have no chicken no sides what do you want. I said if you have no chicken what are my options? Anything but chicken we have to fry that and it takes 20 minutes. Ok let me get a 3 piece tenders with fries and a tea. You cant get tenders they take over an hour to prepare and we dont have fries they take 3 minutes and we are out of tea. I asked confused tenders take over an hour to cook, and you need 20 minutes to fry some chicken. She then let me know they closed in 20 minutes and I needed to hurry up and make and order. I told her I wanted 3 wings and some fries. After I paid she asked me to move I was on her clock, I told her I apologize but you guess told me you all were closing you all are out of everything and the fryers were off but this clock is still running.............. She gets an attitude and tells me she is going to get the manager Gregory Fuller. First problem whoever hired this idiot Gregory Fuller needs to be fired along with him. Out comes this 50 yr old man attempting to wear a mohawk twisting with an attitude like he is going to straighten me. Sir we need you to move etc........... I tell him the same thing and add last time I was here you all had me wait until you all were done cleaning and leaving so no I would like to wait here so you all wont forget me.Gregory Fuller tells me sir you the last damn customer we not gonna forget he them attempts to slam the window but it bounces back open while he is doing this he is talking about me to his employee talking all kind of trash. Then tells her and another crew member to go slow on purpose and make me wait.......... As I am waiting they continue to clean as if Im not there and every blue moon theyll look at me and snicker. I waited long enough that I had enough time to Google corporate and call in go through all the prompts and speak with a live representative(15 minute-20 minute process) and even she heard the ignorance and stupidity of the manager Mr Gregory Fuller. I will never go to this Popeyes again I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt(no I just loved Popeyes) but its over. I eat their 3 times a week and feed 3 people everytime I go and get horrible service where I spend my money never again.

Extremely rude girls working here. Non respondant guys working here. I walked in one day and there was one person at the drive thru one worker was tending to the order. Four workers were huddled up in the corner talking ans laughing popped up on chair conversating, as I stood at the front counter, everyone made eye contact with me and continued to what they were doing, no one asked if I needed hell. I stood at the counter for two minutes straight. Whenever I call to speak to manager they tell me he is not there and a majority of the other times I call, they put me on hold for hours. Whenever I call back the phones are off the hook. This location has the WORST customer service ever!& qt the drive thru they took ten minutes just to give me a chicken wrap, save yourself, dont go here!

If i could give them zero stars i would. Every time i visit this location it disappoints me. I went through their drive and sat there for about 5-10 minutes before my order was taken. My food was luke warm and the biscuit was kinda cold and hard. They are so disorganized that it makes you not want to come back to there. Its sad because I love some Popeyes and the one on Jonesboro Road and in Stockbridge off of Highway 42 are the poorest ones I ever been to when it comes to the service and the food not being hot or they dont have certain things in stock which is management fault. This is my last time going. They now fall in the category with Churchs Chicken. Thumbs down!! I would not recommend this location.

First of all I love to eat at Popeyes but Friday made me change my mind about the one in Lake City .When my friend and I arrived there ,there were a lot of people waiting.So as we were in line the manager closed her cash register down .So I look at my friend and said that was not smart.Still waiting for what seems to be forever, we left and went next door to Subway. This wasnt the first time I had a bad experience there.I go there for lunch one day at lunch time no chicken ready.I dont understand why you dont have any food prepared at that time.

Horrible is an understatement! After repeating My order 3 times the cashier finally got my order or so I thought. I had to wait 6 mins for fresh tenders. 6 mins turned into 20. When I received my order it was wrong. I received 3 tenders instead of 5 and 2 pieces of dark meat instead of 3 pieces of white. The fries were cold and old. They were out of Mardi Gras mustard, gravy for potatoes, and different flavors of soda. Piss poor management and service.

I went through the drive-thru and wanted an 8 piece all white. The cashier told me that was a special order and I had to wait 15 minutes. I really dont think that I should have to wait 15 minutes for some chicken just because I wanted eight pieces all white. I ordered two medium drinks and both of them were short about two inches of soda from the top. Then to top it all off, they didnt give me any straws and I had already driven away.

Okay its popeyes, like you should know what to expect from here. Hot fried chicken, right? Nah, take out that and replace that word with dry, that would be more like it. Also, the staff are effin ridiculous, and standing in line, people are normally cracking jokes as to how terrible the food is. The only thing I can say positive is that........the food is cooked.

The food was good got served fine the first time. Then going back just for ketchup the girl looked at me then walked away. There were 4 workers just sitting in the lobby, including the manager. A worker litterly hollered for the manager to come help her and the manager said "why" and continued her conversion with the other workers doing nothing.

I went through the drive thru this evening 1/8/17 and the guy at the drive thru stole my debit card. The manager says he didnt have it, and I contacted the police. I locked my debit card and about midnight I get three notifications that someone has tried to use my card. Never go to this location! All the ppl are ghetto and thieves!
