I was there last night and it was a total disaster from start to finish! First, it took forever for our food to arrive to the table (the kitchen got backed up, according to the waitress). When the food did arrive, my steak wasnt right, my vegetables werent on the plate, and my guest had the wrong side dish. The server seemed agitated by everything that was wrong that she rudely said "Ill go get your waitress", and it took the waitress forever to come back to our table. She took my plate (to have another steak prepared) and when she did bring it out, the loaded mashed potatoes were cold (I think they were the same ones on the plate from the first steak) and my broccoli looked like they just cut four big florets off the head and threw it on the plate (it wasnt steamed at all)! Now, we get to the check... The waitresss gave me one of my guests check (I thought shed comped the meal a little since the first steak was wrong, not the case), she gave one guest another tables check, and charged the third guest for my meal. We were so frustrated that we didnt figure out the error until "after the fact"! After waiting to get our checks corrected, we took care of our meals, boxed everything up and proceeded to leave. On the way out, I saw a gentleman dressed as if he could have been the mananger so I stopped to speak with him about our disaster. He confirmed that he was the mananger and I explained to him what we experienced from beginning to end. He was apologetic but talking over me as if I was trying to get something for nothing. He kept saying "if yall come back, just ask for me and Ill discount yalls meal" (repeatedly). I was trying to get him to "listen" so that they can provide better service because our waitress obviously had too much on her plate. She kept disappearing (I think she was working both sides of the restaurant) and she kept getting confused, she even gave my veggie butter to the wrong table (she said she thought theyd asked for it). Needless to say, that has been at least my third time having poor service at this location so I wont be returning. Id started going to the one in McDonough off of exit 221 and Ive never had a moments trouble in there. Last night was my final attempt to patronize that particular site because its lacking customer service skills and quality food service. We still tipped the waitress because thats our custom but "I" will not be returning!

The worst experience at LongHorn store 5097! I went to the restaurant with my daughter to eat dinner. I ordered grilled lamb chops. I asked Krystal, the waitress, to make my lamb well done. She said, "No pink inside?" I said, "correct, cooked all the way." Once I received my food, the lamb was red and pink inside. Krystal took 10 minutes to come back to the table after I asked another employee to locate her. When I told her about my lamb chops, she offered no apologies. She asked me if I wanted her to put the lamb chops back on the grill to cook them all the way. I told her I wanted a new order. I was confused at how she would actually have the cook put the chops on the grill along with other food being cooked for other customers. It then took more than thirty minutes to re-cook my order of chops. The manager on duty brought the chops from the kitchen, but then took it to the wrong table. Krystal then told him where to take the chops. When he brought the food, he asked me what was wrong with the order. I explained to him what happened. He never apologize for the mishap. By the time he brought the food, my daughter had already finished eating and I no longer had an appetite. It had been almost two hours at this point since I originally ordered. I asked Krystal for a to go box, which she brought me. When I received the bill, I noticed that Krystal had not taken anything off the bill for the inconvenience. I asked her if she was going take anything off the bill and she said, "Well since we remade the food, we dont take anything off." She said, "But I will see what I can do." When she came back to the table with the new bill, I noticed she had only taken off 10%. I asked to speak with the manager. Krystal walked away from the table and as she entered the kitchen, she said, "Geez", as if I was irritating her. The manager came to the table and after I explained my experience he said all he could do is offer a free appetizer. Horrible customer service! Will not go back to that store.

If I could give a negative review I definitely would. I was better off walking to a farm and biting a cow before I was able to eat. The atmosphere resembles Monday Night Raw cage match. You can not decipher the managers from the lower tier employees; almost like they stole all of Mcdonalds employees. That being said let me give you a thorough breakdown of lastnights events. 1.They are under staffed, so of course the place is being packed not because of the outstanding food and service but for the 7 people trying to serve. Then they are telling us they are understaffed like we are recruiters for indeed and it is our obligation to fill open jobs. 2.They have no control over guest, they might as well let us come in the back and cook our own food. When guest can tell you where they are seating and jump the lines of other guest you definitely have a problem. 3.I ordered calamari, the table behind us who came after me ordered the same thing and to my disbelief, guess who received their food first? Ding ding yes you are right, the table that came after us. O yea thats not the funny part, the table who received their calamari said their food was not cooked right, so guess who received the next batch of calamari? Yep they got the next batch. Then while waiting 15 minutes after I saw this, I had to remind them we still havent received our appetizer. They then said they ran out, without any accommodation. Mind you we have been waiting here now for an hour. 4.The only good thing that came out of this adventure was them not charging us for that brick flavored bread, flint tap water and watered down margarita. If you are working at this establishment you might as well leave now and work for a better establishment. Having this on your resume is just as bad as serving 5 years in state penn with 3 felonies. I will never go back here ever again. Make Longhorn Steakhouse Great Again

We will never go here again. I ordered a med rare ribeye, which they wanted to charge $20 for. This is what I got! It was way over done, full of grease and other than tasting very greasy it had no taste. It took me about 10 mins to find our waitress and get the manager to our table. The manager Mark came over. He did not even apologize. He just looked at the steak and said if you want I can go back there myself and pick out another one and make sure it is cooked properly. I said ok thats fine, thanks. Then he walks straight over to another table with a large group and looks to be taking their order. Then he walks over to enter their order in the system and is standing there for a couple mins. Meanwhile my daughter and granddaughter are almost done eating. I asked another waitress to tell him nevermind because before he even gets my steak picked out my party was going to be done eating. Mark come back to the table and I told him nevermind and we just wanted the check. He asked why he and that he was getting ready to start my steak. I explained to him that I thought since everyone at my table was eating already that he should have done that before he went and waited on another table. He reply was I was only over there 30 secs. At this point I wasnt even hungry anymore. I told him we just wanted to leave and needed the check. He left and came back and said dont worry about the check yall can leave now. My daughter ate less than half of the 8 oz sirloin steak she ordered. It was also greasy and had no flavor. The Mac & Cheese we ordered for my granddaughter looked and tasted like it came from a box and it was dry and not even hot when it was served. I expected better from LongHorn. I will be contacting the general manager since it appeared the manager was interested. By the way, the whole restaurant smelled bad and the bathroom smelled like urine and was very dirty.
