My wife was just told that they were out of the Hersheys pies, and they still tried to charge her for it anyways. She said shed just take the cheesecake instead since they were trying to charge her anyways. Then the last came back to the window and said that they were out because they had none up front and they were all the way in the back and nobody wanted to go get them, and asked if she wanted snickers instead. The lady then got mad when my wife just asked for her money back all because herself and the rest of the employees were too lazy to just go get them from the back and re-stock the front. I cant believe an employee would seriously tell a customer that they didnt feel like going to get something that was ordered. Thats just ridiculous! AND the manager was there too and said nothing.......LAZY ASS PEOPLE!
Drive thru had a long wait time, I walked in placed my order went to go and my drinks there wasnt much of a drink selection at the coke machine the majority of the drinks were empty had to ask the manager if they were going to refill the coke machine, seemed as if it was a hassle to provide me with the drinks I wanted since the machine was filled properly. Once I got further down the road I realized that my food was cold except for my fries which were heavily salted. I will not be returning to this Burger King.
Horrible service, we sat in drive thru for 9mins before someone even said anything. Then when she did say something we placed our order and waited for her to repeat it but she didnt say anything didnt even take the order. So we parked and walked in and still waited another 15-18mins for ordering and receiving food. My fiancé was 3mins late for work trying to wait for Burger King so he could eat lunch. Btw they werent busy either. Horrible service
It sucked!! I waited almost 10 minutes to order on the inside with no other inside customers in line.. I ordered a medium drink and a cherry icee.. I received a medium cup..and 2 coca cola icee..and the cashier told me that I ordered deferently.. I took the icee and cup because the mngr was talking to them like they were the worst people ever..that was the point of this.. someone should speak with her.
This THE WORST BURGER KING Ive ever been to, Horrible Horrible service, Ghetto very unprofessional staff, I called because my order was messed up and was put on hold long enough to get in my car and drive to the store while still on hold, when I arrived the manager couldnt find the phone which I was still on to prove that they are incompetent, I was on hold a total of 20mins
The store needs new chair covering and the legs on the tables need paint. The ladies bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. Lime scale is growing on the pipes, the walls are filty, the sink has a rusting drain and belly button. The food was excellant!!! Employees are friendly and curious. The tables need to be resurfaced too.
Absolutely horrible... There is no one working. It almost looks they are in the back doing nothing. We came today at 10:55 to get something to eat but there is a huge line and no one working. Its not the first time. If no one is going to be working just close it. This is ridiculous.
If I ask for fresh onion rings then obviously that must mean that Im willing to wait for it and it never fails that Im always given onion rings that have been sitting and have to go back and wait again. Why they just do t do it correctly the first time puzzles me!
Been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 26 minutes as of right now. I could understand it they were just having one bad night and were super busy but this location is always like this. Ridiculous I plan on calling corporate first thing in the morning.
This place is always out of most of their menu. How do they stay in business? Employees are rude, place is dirty, and the food options are very limited. They only had grilled chicken and hot dogs available. Ridiculous for a burger joint!
I was in line Thursday night December 15, 2016 and the lady who was taking my order was so rude that I told her ill go to another burger king because I dont want no one handling my food with an attitude! Horrible customer service!!!!!
I ordered a fresh cooked whopper. All they did was took a piece of precooked meat and stuck it in the warmer. Thats not fresh cooked like they used to be. They were at one time the best burger in town. Not anymore.
Manager is demanding and rude...favors drive thru customers before customers inside eaiting..20 mins to get 4 sausge egg n cheese croissanwiches...unacceptable..I asked for my money...bam there was food..amazing
There was no ice, no milkshakes, no cool tea, sandwiches had ten times more Mayo than needed for a salad couldnt taste the meat for the Mayo not an extremely clean place but not beyond nasty
Horrible service had my mother waiting outside at 10 pm because we had cold onion rings and drive thru window has very bad attitudes and was one of the worst I’ve ever been to .
The experience here sucks..it is always slow service even when three are hardly any customer...cashiers customer service skills suck and they dont believe in giving napkins
This has to be the worst Burger King Ive ever been to. Poor service all around not to mention equipment not working and out of supplies. Corporate needs to look at this
They will give you anything if you dont check them about it! And wanna look stupid when you say something my onion rings were cold but my chicken sandwich was good.
They avertise there prices one way the ring you up different and say oh we jus changed our prices we are under new management.. False advertising!!
Terrible burger king. What happened to professional customer service? Always out of something as well. Drive thru and see for yourself.
The drive through was fast, however the food was very poor quality our chicken nuggets were cold and we did not get our full order.
I guess I stopped by too early, my food was cold, now the customer service was ok, but as I said it must have need too early....
A new company just took that particular Burger King over and I can already see a difference. Thank God Ill be back.

Manager was on top of staff and food, entire time I was there, making sure the service and food were as should be.
Must take in to consideration, people work. And be a lot faster with serving other wise customer service was nice
Drive thru cashier was rude and sarcastic. Soda was flat. Fries were hard and cold as was the bun and my hotdog.
The day manager is a direspectful bully to her workers!! She mean to the customers her uniform is always dirty
They are always so slow and the customer service sucks dont come here they should close this place down
