Just came from the most horrible customer service ever from the drive through at this location. I specifically oredered 4 mini chicken quesadillas went up to the window to pay the cashier was about to charge me for 4 regular quesadillas instead so i told her i ordered the mini ones why oh why The through order taker Anthony came to window and was like ..." maam bext time u come through here you need yo make it clear you want the mini not the regular quesadillas. " while trying to explain to him that i did order the mini ones cause that is the only thing i eat at taco bell he started talking over me .... Saying .... " oh you didnt say mini cause i took the order ..." i was like u know wgat give me my money back cause o dont want you to make my food for me. He walked away mumbling some crap ... Never in my 15 years of being a customer service manager have i ever seen an employee speak to a customer in that manner and tone ..... Last time they will get my money ...

Once again i was dealt with very rudly by someones named trisha who told me I had to get out of the car and come inside( it was 32f) if I was trying to get free food.I was acutaly using a complimentary coupon for having had a bad experience with staff there the last time (drive thru) .When I explained I had two small children with me one of whom was sleeping she didnt care and said well if you want free food you gotta come in .when I said nevermind and I will call her manager or the office she replied .go ahead I dont care! this Taco bell rarely has customers so I dont see how they manage to stay open with this attitude. Obviously their managers have not been trained well enough to lead their crew members in being productive and proper customer service! If I was their manager that woman would have been suspended for a week .and my customer would have gotten a free meal and an appology.

I must say that the GM of this store is awesome along with each and every manager that I have met I am from out of of state and my car broke down in the parking lot and they all were understanding and gave me the best help in their ability the food was fresh and they were delightful even under my stress! It makes a huge difference when a stressed customer can smile and say the employees are delightful and good service, on top of extra, out of the job title help is offered this customer service and care is extraordinary I say each and every employee at this location deserves a raise and an excellent customer serve pin I probably would have flipped if it wasnt for the genuine care from this store! Great job! They are one of a kind in this store I could eat here everyday, they deffinatly make the dream work.

I pulled into the drive thru at 5:45pm. No response from speaker. Tapped my horn with no response. I figured was not working. Drove around. The only employee I could see had the headset on and was standing in what looks like a small office. Tapped my horn to get his attention. He was talking, so I waited. Tapped my horn again with no response. He then turned and looked right out the window and then turned right back and continued to talk. I tapped my horn again, even louder. I then heard laughter. I pulled away from drive thru at 5:53pm very angry. I have had bad service in the past from this location, but did not report it. Its no wonder there are hardly any cars parked in the lot or the drive thru is not crowded.

I visited this location May 21, 2017 after I left the Mt. Zion location. The Jonesboro Rd location was Great. I really enjoyed my experience because everyone in staff was friendly and professional. The manager, the cashier and even the cook checked on me and verified my order in its entirety. The food was amazing. It was Hot, Fresh and extremely Flavorful. I definitely recommend everyone to stop by and allow this location to give you the same great service they provided me.

Food is cheap, but also cheap tasting. I come here when my cash is low and Im in a hurry. Usually the grilled stuffed burrito or the chicken quesadilla does the trick. Practically no kids menu options, so never with my girls.
