Update: I called Pizza Huts corporate hotline and was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up so I just sent an electronic complaint via their website. A couple days later I got a call from the store and talked to the manager briefly about my issue and she issued me a $10 credit to my phone number. Ive received a credit identical to this before at another Pizza Hut so this must be the compensation you get when you complain to corporate. Anyway when I placed my comp order and when I went to pick it up the staff was friendly and my order was fine. Im not sure if they cleaned house or what but depending on who is working you may or may not have a decent experience here. I placed an online carryout order here with a coupon from the BOOK IT! Alumni Program, a special anniversary promotion where you got a free Personal Pan pizza that the cashier/waitress apparently never heard of since she suspiciously demanded that I show her a paper BOOK IT! coupon which I didnt have since the promotion was issued online via a coupon code. After I offered to show the dual position woman the promotional email she just said that next time I better bring in a physical coupon, something that doesnt exist since I was redeeming an internet promotion. Its not like Pizza Hut has an online ordering option where you can request free Personal Pan pizzas so there was no reason to be so rude to me about a whopping $4 pizza order. At this point we should have just left but since we were here we decided to order something else and placed our order at the counter for one of the menu items we wanted since they were out of the other one, waffle fries, and seated ourselves. The combo waitress/cashier did not come to our table once to ask if we wanted anything to drink or to check on us and when our boneless wings were ready they were silently thrown down on our table by a cook which was an incredibly rude way to deliver overpriced food to customers. Ive had bad experiences at Pizza Huts before and feel incredibly confident in saying that they are at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to restaurants and customer service so its a shame they are the only real national dine-in pizza chain. Needless to say I will never return here again and will only visit other Pizza Huts when they offer free or nearly free food since while it can be good its almost always served with a disgustingly awful side of horrible customer service.

Okay, this is grosssss! So I went to this location yesterday, listen this this nastiness. The waitress is informed of a bug inside the restaurant by a female not wearing a Pizza hut uniform who is walking into the kitchen and back out with long hair and holding a cell phone, I see her tell the cook about the bug, the cook comes out and looks at the bug, sees me looking so he then tells the waitress of the bug walking near the side door inside of the restaurant. The waitress then walks to the side door and by this time I see that it appears to be a roach walking up the counter. The waitress grabs a plastic MENU that customers use and smoooches the bug right at the counter and places the menu back on the counter without cleaning the menu or the counter AND WALKS BACK IN THE KITCHEN WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS AND CONTINUES GETTING PIZZAS TO THE CUSTOMERS! (Im seriously not making this up!) #Willneverreturn

The customer service is so on point last night I ordered the triple box and I always get a cup of extra seasoning for my breadsticks and the manager and another remember me for this I pulled out the breadsticks and they were dark (bread still soft) but the manager seen it an was like oh no Im sorry Ill get you some more bread and she told them to also give me the cheesy bread and she made sure that she put the seasoning on my bread just the way I like it they offered to carry my food to the car but I was good when you go above and beyond for a customer an you make things right the customer will always return I pass the first pizza Hut just to go to this one because they have better service great team in Mt zion blvd next to zaxbys I say that because there is another pizza hut just before them in like An abandoned lot and they are total opposite an rude

Two-hour wait - ordered 7:12, received 9:20, out of bread for all bread-related side items including Cheesy Bread, Bread Sticks, CinnaSticks and all the other sides, and then after all of that the pizza was COLD and WAXY when it finally got here! Driver said the pizza was "sitting out on the counter and not in the warmer" when she picked it up to deliver it. I called the manager to complain and was put on hold for 20+ minutes trying to reach the store only for them to close the call lines "promptly" at 10 pm. Instead of calling the local store, now PizzaHut has a call center in the Phillipines taking your order for the pizza store down the street??? WTH? Completely UNACCEPTABLE. We just ate our last PizzaHut pizza tonight.

Walked in, 2 other tables had patrons. Waitress greets us. Stared at us as we waited to be seated before telling us to seat ourselves, but immediately took our drink order. Fast forward MUCH later. No drinks still! She comes and wants to take our order, and we state we want our drinks. COMPLETELY BLEW HER MIND!!!@ She stared at us, dumbfounded, like the concept eluded us before replying, "Oh." Then walked off as if we did not exist. Annnd so I will NEVER EVER RETURN, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! Id rather be mauled by cats, run over, and beaten with a baseball bat than even think of returning here!!!

Today is 6-14-2017 I called for a delivery order at 8:20 pm was told it would be 30min for my order. Called again at 9:45 to check and was told my order was placed for carry out. Replaced for delivery and they were going to send me the pizza thats been sitting there for pick up, had to tell them Id like a fresh pizza. Just received my pizza at 10:45 and the person taking my order didnt ring up my drink AFTER the first person didnt place it right. Im done with this place. Atleast the delivery guy was nice.... Edit : I was hungry and the pizza was still nasty.

I order a meat lover pizza and some cheese sticks from them it was overcooked and I called and ask for the manger they told me that I was lying that she cooked it that it wasnt overcooked I told them that i have picture I order it from delivery they still insisted that I was lying they tried to offer me free bread sticks which I got for free for signing up a account on the website I am pregnant and was craving this I never received a recipient I order from here a lot and never experience nothing like this before they just lost a customer smh

This location claimed they didnt take the national coupons sent in the mail even though Ive been going there for years & using those same kind of coupons at this location. The employee on duty looked confused by the coupons & had to go ask for a second opinion even though she said she was the manager on duty. She claimed it was because this location was a wingstreet but half of the pizza huts today are wingstreet & still accept national coupons. She seemed like she didnt know what she was talking about but I wont be going back
