There is the most annoying music played thru the entire store including Dennys. Walton KY store. We asked the mgr if they could turn it down? Well its controlled by flyin/pilot corp office. For weeks the Mgnt at this store had requested something done. My company is using this location for fuel, brkfst, dinner till 4/20. Well we decided thus am were going to the T/A just up the hwy. When you have patrons, store mgrs and employees all annoyed at the awful choice of music thats running off customers, its time to take action. Please, I invite any corporate staff to come here, sit down over lunch, & see how you like it. 5 mins & theyll be turning it off. And while tour here, take a look at the terrible out of control trk prkg at night.

RV parking...but RVs cant park?! There are signs stating truckers cant park in certain areas, that the area is reserved for RVs only (by the main entrance of Flying J and Dennys). Truckers were parked everywhere in the RV-only parking spaces though. Finally found a place to park our truck and fifth wheel and suddenly a slew of Dennys people came out, up in arms, rudely yelling at us that we couldnt park there, although it says its RV parking!! Werent even nice about it! And why have the signs if we cant park there?! So we moved someplace else, went in to Flying J to make sure where we parked was ok...and the person had no clue what a 5th wheel even was! At an RV and truck stop?! Very disappointing...

The place is going down hill. One of the toilets has been broken for about a month. They dont keep the restrooms clean. The staff is rude and refuses to do their job and didnt care if we posted it to social media on how poor their customer service has become. My efs card wont swipe as i need a new one.Took an hour to get fuel and the manager messed up everything and refused to fix it. She didnt even want to call efs to get approval to type the card in and the codes she would need as she need to be the one to call not me. Finally left and went to the ta for my fuel.

In the past, Flying J was a guaranteed winner when it came to places to stop for a good meal on the road, or at home. However, since contracting with Dennys, its "hit or miss" and you take your chances on service levels, cleanliness, and quality. So, if you like to gamble, go for it. If you like a good dinner on the road, with good service and a staff that values its customers, go somewhere else.

This place was disgusting, the iced coffee miss was at least a week old sour, the employees were obese ,sloppy, one looked to be on some heavy drugs, more worried about associating with each other rather than doing their job, the food on the counter looked to be under the heat lamp all day, if you can wait till the next stop Id recommend to do so...

Cashiers are either prejudice or just plain inattentive. I was standing at the food area for almost five minutes and they were just walking past giving me weird looks before one finally reluctantly asked can she help me. She didnt ask if I wanted a receipt and neither did the other girl the 2nd time I came in and I think I was shorted two cents.

General manager is very rude and hateful and talks to the employees like they are dogs. Its one thing to do it away from customers but to do it in front of a paying customer is pathetic. I will take my money els where. How dare you allow that type of treatment!

Wow, 10:30pm on a Wednesday near Cincinnati and there is still reasonable truck parking remaining. Typical flying J though, longer lines at the counters until they get backup, occasional solicitor, interesting traffic pattern and exit congestion.

Customer service was piss poor, cashier (male)was rude and treated me as a serious inconvenience, was disrespectful to me wife, and manager was informed but could really care less...will never return to this location again

Manager here was cool.. Coffee was empty and an employee came over and made some. Watched him make it so it would be watered down and when the manager found out he fixed the situation and coffee was on the house.

Awesome parking for expediters, friendly smiling staff and fantastic PJ Fresh selection. Clean bathrooms, clean lot and a Dennys if youd rather sit down for a meal.
