The problem with this Burger King is the unmotivated, rude, lazy , unorganized manager Tasha. Some of the employees could be great if they were motivated. Employees feel helpless in the face of the incompetent managers who dont have the proper supplies and food at times. They are often embarrassed by the lack of organization and succumb to the lax standards and who cares environment . Its improperly cleaned and employees and management do not follow proper cleaning and cooking procedures. The problem is MANAGEMENT !!

The Burger King in Jackson GA looks wonderful after the rennovations. However, the servers - especially at the drive through leave a lot to be desired. We have gone through the drive through 3 different times - same person taking order - she acts like she is bored and we have totally disrupted her day to ask her to take our order. Probably wont try it a 4th time.

All of their staff are polite in every aspect. The service has always been spectacular and the wait time is generally three to five minutes at the drive through. As a Jackson local my boyfriend and I dine with this location atleast three nights a week as we work late shifts. Thank you Burger King of Jackson, Georgia for your outstanding service and kindness!

Sat. Nov 5, 2016 @ 2:30pm. This location does not have very good service, took almost 2 minutes for them to acknowledge I was even standing there then, no hello, just "yea, can I take your order". The food is good but not hot and fresh. I will say that the young man who was cleaning and taking garbage out was very friendly and opened the door for me.

They are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING. On SEPERATE OCCASIONS they were out of Dr. Pepper then Hershey Pie then Onions then Sausage. who ever is managing this joint or ordering stock needs to be fired. Not that I expect much from burger king.. but what next? They are going to tell me they are out of ALL FOOD?

Definitely belongs to the cheap list as the service is lacking and often times Ive received the wrong order or they didnt include straws with my drinks just be sure to double check everything before driving off.

Everything we ordered was prepared in a timely manner in the drive thru, however we did have to repeat certain items at the window and their coke icee machine was down...or something !?!

Store nasty. Coke dried in the floor under table and chairs. Liquid in floor by drink machine. Tables not clean. Very few customers but not trying to clean it up.

Sausage egg and cheese crescent was good, but the little hash rounds were just above cold. The food was ready but front line took 10 minutes to serve it.
