Automatically incorporate gratuity, does not prepare order as requested, younger staff is very much a turn off due to a nonchalant attitude; "yelling right before you, acting as if you are def/in cognate, swears she is right about all orders taken, ect... Does not provide napkins for carryout also leaving out sauces incorporated with meal as que described, all below exceptional. So sad how things and standards can change over just a couple years. Since the youngest staff member has arrived Ive given this place a couple of tried, but each time its always the same. I could never recommend this place to any of my formal or informal cohorts even just visiting into the town of Jackson GA. Hope they get their act back together soon.

Went in for a late night supper the waitress and the cook both ignored me while I was standing at the register ready to place my to go order. I wasnt greeted when I walked in. The waitress and the cook both just looked at me while the waitress went back to cleaning the back counter. When she finally got done she walked right pass me to assist other customers. When she came to the register she had an attitude about my order. This is the worst customer service I ever received.

Very poor customer service. Didnt even acknowledge the fact I was waiting to be served sat there for about 35 minutes before I was served not only mention the fact there were only 5 people in the room and they had already been served their food. Terrible attitudes from the staff all I ordered was a waffle and coffee I still tipped $6. Please have a change in staff this is not the first time.

Nothing wrong with the food, service was good. Apparently, on 3rd shift, they automatically add a 15% gratuity to every check whether you dine in or carryout. This is ridiculous. I will stick with Waffle House next time and I feel for the server here because now, she only got exactly 15% from each of us
