It was bad from the start. Hostess greets me with "theres a 30 min wait", no hello, the she tells me that its going to take a long time to get food. I ask her if my leaving would help them out? I sat at the bar. The person that they had working behind the bar asks me if I have a to go order and I tell her Im eating there. She then gives me the same story as the hostess. I tell her Ill still eat there. I ask if I just ordered an appetizer would that be quicker. She explained that it depends on when the ticket gets to the kitchen. She then walks off. I assume shes going to get a bar towel to clean where I was sitting. NOPE. She made drinks, chatted with other customers, walks by me twice. When shes making her third pass, I ask if I can get a drink. She says, I need to see your ID not even knowing what I wanted (I wanted a sweet tea). She then tells me that the place Im sitting in is where to go orders are done and asked me to move. She still hasnt asked me what I wanted to drink. I let her know that I thought she was a bad bartender and left. I kid you not, this was how this went down. Its laughable. Im disappointed in myself for letting this clown piss me off. Ive had great service there before, usually good. Tonight, 12/26/16, sucked.

We went in on Mothers Day waiting 15 min to be seated when we got taken to our table my daughter had to stand up because there was water all under he chair and floor the managers and waitress was just walking thru it, we ask the hostess when you came back there and ask if she could get out drink orders if she could get someone to clean it up so my daughter could sit down. The hostess went got paper towels cleaned it up then she said they didnt have any high chairs at the time she could only find 2 and once she got one it will be brought to us. We ordered and my daughter had to hold the baby while she ate and he ate his grilled cheese. We were still waiting for a high chair and next thing we looked they sit a couple behind us with a child that needed a high chair the waitress and hosted for that table went out on the patio got a high chair for them, Ever since they have changed managers and waitress this place has went down and they need to close the doors, the waitress are not friendly at all.

I had a horrible experience at this hooters tonight. The only good this about tonight was the waitress Melanie who is AWESOME! Not only was she nice and knowledgeable about the menu she ended up having to leave the floor to go to the kitchen and cook while the on duty manager Maurice did Nothing. My table was dirty as were others. The kitchen was slow. We waited 30 minutes for food and half of it came out. Our cheese sticks are dripping brown grease and were discusting. I saw 4 tables get up and walk out due to lack of service. This place needs a visit from corporate or the owners. It needs a deep cleaning and the restrooms are discusting. Dont eat here! Go some where else! I forgot to note the manager was aware of our issue but never came to our table. He walked past us twice. He is not operating the business correctly and needs to be retrained. Lead by example!

The food was good, but the service was horrible. First we waited a while for our drinks, then it took forever to even get our food. Their was a hair in my boyfriends burger, and once the female manager came to the table her response was None of my workers have this kind of hair. Now to me thats saying that I put the hair there. The other couple that was sitting with us was shorted on their wings, he asked for the missing wings, and the waitress never did anything about it. Once they received their bill they had to ask the waitress to take off for never bringing the missing wings out, and ranch they never received.. She only took $1 off their tab.... Slow service, horrible management, and waitress. We will NEVER go back.

Our waitress was named Brandi. Very rude and childish. Didnt know how to give outstanding costumer service, lacked communication, wushu-washy and had the nerve to throw my drink across our table that my husband and brother in law were sitting at. She was very aggressive and messy when my husband and I went to speak with the supervisor about her ugly and rude behavior. Our experience was very bad. We were offered a free desert but our experience with the Hooters manager in the Gwinnett (Pleasant Hill) location was much more gracious the few times our service was bad. She got no tip and I hope she learns to grow up. She may get another costumer with a lot less tolerance one day.

This might be the worst restaurant Ive been to. We got there and although there was seating available there wasnt enough servers to cover the tables. So we sat at the bar and got a drink and ordered some food. The drinks were alright and the bartender was ok but she seemed a little inexperienced. She had trouble finding the whiskey and didnt ask us if we wanted refills. The food took over a half an hour to get out and my salad was warmer than my wings were. When we finished we had a really hard time getting the bartenders attention so we could get our checks. Pretty awful experience overall were just traveling through so it wont be hard to never come back.

Me and my family waited 30 minutes for the server to even come to the table. When she did she was very inpatient. It was about ten people in the whole place. More severs then customers. The host got our drinks and didnt come back to the table for 45 minutes and at that act like nothings wrong. This was the WORST service that whole staff needs to go. The manager didnt even seem to care she just walked around joking with her staff. I will never come back there and will definitely tell anybody not even my worst enemy to come to that place.

My brother and his coworkers get to go orders from this Hooters all the time and I go often with my boyfriend to watch UFC/Wrestling. Each time we go things are great. The service is wonderful, the food is great, and it can be a fun place to take the little ones (I think kids eat free on Sunday!). The last time I visited for a UFC event we got there late and couldnt find a table. The staff kept us posted while we watched outside, found us a table, and made sure we were served quickly once we got comfortable.

Terrible!!! We waited two hours and only received half of our food, no refills, and the drinks orders were messed up. We were told the order wasnt received by the kitchen!!! We even spoke to the manager and he was no help!!! The waitress was a total wreck and the manager too!!! We finally left without paying a cent and they never even apologized or acknowledged how terrible the service was!!! Now I know why there was no wait. It is the worst Hooters I have ever been too!!
