My wife and I were going out with friends. Our teenage children wanted Krystal for dinner. When I arrived at the drive through window I was asked to wait "a moment." Well "a moment" turned into 8 minutes before she came back to actually take the order. I thought she had forgotten me. I called the children to see what they wanted at another place because it had taken so long. She came back while I was on the phone with my children. Once at the window I had to wait for the food. I dont mind that so much as the food I had to wait on was hot. However, after getting the food I still did not have my change. I had to ask for it. Then had to wait again for the manager to bring the keys to open the drawer. As for quality of the food, I was told it was good.

I have never in my life been asked to pull up and then forgot about. When I got tired of waiting and I was walking inside the car behind me said they had been watching me for 20 minutes. I dont know exactly how long I waited but I was sitting in my car for over 30 minutes. The manager and front cashier was nice and kept apologizing but when the manager asked the girl if she knew that I was waiting outside SHE SAID YES!!!!! I think its time for someone to lose their jobs but the food is awesome

Waited 30 minutes to get 24 cheese krystals,12 with no onions. I guess that means no cheese as well. Went back and the manager was rude. Tool all the food back and made us wait 15 more minutes for the order to be remade. The girl that brought our food out went back to get us 2 drinks for our wait and the manager chewed her out for it. Other than that, food was good

The people dobt listen. I had to repeat my order twice and they still got it wrong. So i got frustrated and told them that they got my order wrong. They got rude and DEMANDED to get the receipt. Screw this place this is why ghetto people should not work in the food industry HORRIBLE customer service skills

worst Krystal especially at night shift I can get food faster at a sit down restaurant and Idk how the manager and shift leader were put in there position and fast food workers want a wage raise I waited 8 minutes for my food and the fries were terrible I will never come at night again

It is hotter than the depths of hell in the dining room in the summer.Has been like that for several years now. I love Krystal but my wife starts complaining about how hot it is in the restaurant and threatens to leave me after 5 minutes in this place every time!!!!

I just left this location. We waited 18 minutes for them to bring our dine in order. When they did it was cold. They werent necessarily rude but didnt seem bothered when we brought the food back.
