Who ever was the cook on tonight, March, 17 2017. You are the MVP of my Panda Express life! Ive eaten the SAME thing from Panda since I was first introduced to Panda. I was 16 or 17 then, I am now 23! The Mixed Veggies was seasoned to perfection! It was like God said "Genesis, here, taste heaven for an evening to relieve your worries." Like an orgasmic taste bud in my mouth. Please tell me who this is so that I can ask for him/her each time I swing by this store! PLEASE!

Me- "excuse me miss there is a roach in my lo mein." Lady behind the counter- "oh im really sorry here let me get you another order of it" then she trys to make me another plate while I look at her like she is crazy. I had to explain to her again you had a roach in that bin of noodles and now you are trying to give me seconds!!! Smh. No maam i would not like a second serving of roach noodles i would love for you to throw them away to save the next guy.

We ordered our food and hour and a half prior, we prepaid and the teriyaki chicken wasnt ready by the time we got there, it took an additional 10 minutes just to get our food. They were also planning on giving us food that was sitting out for over 30 minutes. At one point I asked to do a different meat since it was taking so long and they said theyd charge extra. I do not recommend this location, terrible service.

I dont like it when they upsell if I wanted it I would ask for it. lots of places do this and it irritates me. just give me what I ask for please or ill say is it free. I was told they have to do this by their managers this restaurant chain needs to change its policy this is a fast pace restaurant and doesnt need to be wasting customers time offering things they do not want

Worst pandora express Ive ever been!! Nothing on the food line customer waiting for their food for along time, !!!! Had to wait like 25 minuetes after I order again this happened every time! it looks like the employees don’t even care about their customers!!! They need to fired every body including the manager!!! And start new !!!

Horrible service! We waited for them to fill drive through orders until no fried rice was left. Ordered a bowl of half rice and half veggies with orange chicken. Waited 8 minutes on rice, then had no veggies. Waited on veggies then no chicken. After 30 minutes, gave me my bowl with no "Im sorry" or anything!

This establishment took great pride in identifying a patron as "black boy" on his order. This type of behavior in 2015 is completely unacceptable. I watched the story on my local fox 5 news today, June 4th. Completely disgusted. Explains the odd stares and snickers I hear tell of at this location.

First off, I love panda express but I just got a plate and while eating I found a hair that looked like pubic hair. I took the plate back and told the Manger that I needed my money back but was refused as she claimed I must have done it while sitting in the dining room some how. Very upset

love this place great service sometimes theres a wait but to be expected during busy times Kiersten, Kim and Alyssa are always great servers food is always good in portion and taste great for the price new manager is obviously doing something right!! recommend to everyone to try

Panda Express is one of my favorite "fast" food restaurants. Food is always delicious and fresh, whether in the mainland USA or on Puerto Rico. I am missing my "Fire Cracker". I dont see this option anymore. Maybe because its to spicy for most folks.

Dont Go Drive Through. Have tried several times to use the drive through over the past month. 30 to 45 minute wait each time. No problems with any of the other businesses in the area. If you cant keep the entrees filled then you need a new manager

They are slow as can be and never manages to get my order right. Theres no reason for me to sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes to have to go inside, wait 10 more minutes, and have them make what I actually ordered.

I ordered orange chicken. Didnt have a bit of orange on it. The beef was okay. Nothing to brag about and the the cheese ragoons were so hard I almost broke a tooth. This was my first and last time going.

This has to be the slowest drive thru. 20 minutes for a grilled chicken teriyaki bowl . Then to top it off, they have the dining room closed so. This is a sorry group of employees.
