Mothers day crowds even at 2:15 generated a 25 minute wait. From beginning of seating till end of bill took 2 hours for a table of 6. Unlimited salad bowl 3x ,all were fresh. The soup not so great. Order seemed to come out in shifts with one childs chicken completely forgotten. Past that, no complaints about the rest of the order all satisfied with their chosen main course, server for the corner table in the bar was clearly tired presumably from their shift but patient with the 6 of us including the 2 kids. BILL HAD TWO ERRORS!! Check your bills carefully!!

Good Italian Food I have been to this particular location several times and almost always walked away pleased. The food is good and the staff are nice and prompt. I almost always get the Chicken Parmesan but this time I decided to get the Stake Gorgonzola Alfredo (Pictured). It was a good decision. Not everything on their menu is to my liking but it is extensive which is a good thing. They have a full bar and good desserts to choose from. If you are looking for a good family outting, or even a good date night selection, this is a good place to go.

Ate off the $8.99 Monday thru Thursday menu. I am used to the smaller servings off this menu however for my first time eating at this OG I was disappointed in thr extra small serving of lasagna. I am assuming that they had a small amount left or ready to prepare and didnt want to fix another for a regular $8.99 size serving, so solution, cover in sauce and melted cheese, no one will notice! Tge server was sweet and bread was delicious as usual however that is all I can say.

Would not recommend this location at all. My waitress was phenomenal, but I found a huge hair in my food and the manager came up to take my plate. She didnt say sorry or anything, instead she just asked me what i had and didnt act like it was a big deal or try to compensate me anything. She was incredibly rude about the situation. Worst customer service Ive received at a nice restaurant in a while.

I cant even give these guys one star. service is horrible! I ordered simple pasta, just pasta, and it comes out salty and oily. then I get the bill and their charging me 20$! Never going back! I hated it! Please take my advise and never go their! Youll get food poisoning! Did I mention that they GAVE my breadsticks that were discussing and charged me for them? The water was lukewarm to! It is awful!

The food was okay but the service was terrible. Waitress forget almost everything we asked for. Two people Asked for extra dressing and she came back with one after being asked twice and the salad was completely dry expect for the top. Not tossed well at all. Skip the "cheese" balls theres a reason theyre cheap. The entrees were good enough but you could get much better at a local Italian place.

Service was okay but food was not as usual. I ordered the choose your tour of Italy with chicken parm, ravioli and spaghetti. The ravioli was cold and the chicken parm came with a half of a chicken breast that was over cooked. We usually go to the Douglasville location but would rather be in Carrollton. We will probably choose the Douglasville location in the future.

My brother use to work here...he hated it. My dad ate here a few days ago because he was out on business & asked for two entrees to go. He drives all the way back to newnan to bring it to me & theres only one entree. He calls up there to complain, they said theyd call back......never did. This place is a joke.

First time at this olive garden restaurant....and iam pleased with the service. Had chicken noki soup for the first time and had three bowls. Our waitress was Jennifer and she is so pleasant and patience....thanks Jennifer. Will Certainly come again after another home game at UGW...go wolves!

Our waiter was great!!!! Not sure of his name but he had dark hair & beard. We sat in the bar area with our granddaughter. He was excellent. Brought extra grapes for our grandchild & was so professional & nice. Wish I knew his name. Thats wat service is all about. Thank you!!!

Went for a business lunch and everything was great. Service was on point and the salad and breadsticks were flowing. The chicken piccata was a little over cooked but still tasty. The only flaw was my tiramisu was icy frozen in the middle. Overall it was still a great lunch.

Sad when they run out of bread sticks for the whole night, so we were told. Salad lettuce old and soft and tomatoes mushy. Lasagna was good along with build your own pasta. Waitress was great! Restaurant clean.
