We frequent Penn Station at least 2 times a week and when we moved out to this area 3 years ago we were excited there was a Penn Station close by. There are not a lot of other decent restaurants out here so I am sure this location still gets visitors, but I have finally had it......75% of the times we have visited this location it has been a bad experience. The food is good but the owners attitude to customers is HORRIBLE!! I have heard this from his employees, gossip around town, and personal experience. He makes you feel like you are burdening him by coming into his store. I will NEVER, EVER go back to this location. Tonight, I entered his store to place a to go order for my family who was visiting for Thanksgiving and was on the phone gathering their order.....I waited by the register for approximately 5-7 minutes, no one would look at me and no one was doing anything....the owner finally said "are you going to place an order or just be on your phone all night". I said "I am wanting to place an order which is why I am standing at the register where I place my order, but am on the phone with my husband getting our order so, yeah, I need to place an order." An employee came up to the register (while all of the other employees had their heads down laughing and the owner acted like he was the King) and while I was placing my order the owner said to the other employee working the grill "inconsiderate b***h"....I told the guy taking my order I would never order from that Penn again and left. Why is it OK to tell me I cannot be on my phone when ordering from his business especially when it is simply to get the over $150 order from the people waiting at my house???? I wish I could open a Penn Station right next door to his because Penn Station is usually great, but this location has an out of control owner jeopardizing the company and I am telling you this is the consensus of our small community!!!! He needs to turn around his attitude or hire a manager with people skills to run his location but he should never be allowed to have customer contact ever again!

Love the food, always good. We are regular customers and the employees, manager and owner are very friendly. The manager and owner know our order when we call or walk in. About 2 years I had surgery and not able to be on my feet long enough to cook myself food and my fiancee wasnt going to be home until late. I called down to see how late they were going to be open that evening, I was talking with the manager, she had said theyd missed me because I hadnt been in for couple weeks. I told her that Id had surgery cant drive and that I was hoping they were going to be open late enough for my fiancee to stop in for me but unfortunately he wouldnt make it in time. She puts me on hold and when she got back on the phone with me she asked for my address and told me the owner was going to deliver to me and on top of the he wouldnt let me pay that evening! They are wonderful people!

Ordered artichoke sub with pizza sauce. Didnt know pizza sauce was so hard to get. Barely tell any was applied to my sandwich, if not for the slight pink color I wouldnt have been able to tell . being a vegetarian I didnt care for the added piece of meat I ate with one bite of my sandwich. Then the last French fry had a piece of plastic on it, which I had to pull from my mouth. So next time I am going out for dinner I will try some other place....

My wife and I love Penn Station, and after visiting Newport, Delhi, Harrison, and Lawrenceburg location we found this to be the best. Service was the best and if you like fries with that philly this location beats them all. No little burnt ends here, other locations on a large fry is about 1/4 burnt little ends.

The owner was not friendly or accommodating at all. The other staff members were ok .but the food was so salty I couldnt eat it and I ask for no salt!!! The french fries were grease soaked and overcooked . I would not recommend this LOCATION to anyone period.

Portions at this location are always poor compared to Harrison location which is where I go instead. Love Penn Station, just not this one.
