Their sandwiches are okay. I have had their healthy chicken salad sandwich, their meatball sub, and their club. Their sandwiches are best served hot. If not, they show their quality. They offer a nice assortment of chips. They also have an extensive collection of about 30 or 40 bottles of sauce (like tabasco and many others). This sandwich place is about at the same level and price point as Subway. I would probably rank Jimmy Johns slightly higher for quality of ingredients and freshness. On my most recent visit, the Labor Day coupon wasnt working, so getting rung up at the cash register was unpleasant and confusing. This location is always packed at lunchtime, and the crowd was moderate on the holiday evening. They have one of those fancy multi-option Coke machines. The restaurant seems pretty clean, and it has outdoor seating.

The t.v. Commercials WAAAAAY over sell this stores product. If you like paying $11 for a " six inch subway" comparison large sandwich with chips, annnnnnnd like being ignored for five minutes until the rude college students take your order(with a disrespectful attitude) then this is the place for you. The menu is ridiculously over priced, confusing, and dont even think about asking for help from one of the employees unless you like being made to look stupid. Its like your supposed to just know everything about the place even though youve never been here and its the ONLY one on the map thats not in Atlanta. The ONLY reason they get two stars is because the were carrying my favorite soad.

Pay no mind to the idiot that said Firehouse was the on the same level as Subway, true they both make sandwiches and are pricey, but Firehouse is always fresh and the bread is always soft. Subway on the other hand, not so much. All firehouses are awesome and this one is no different, you get what you pay for.

Oh My Gosh I think I am in LOVE!!!! The price is high but the taste is out of this WORLD!!! I would pay to eat here any day. Great online ordering service too! Try the house drink Cherry-limeade not be mistaken for Sonics Cherry-limeade.
