We came into the restaurant an hour and a half before closing to have a nice quick birthday dinner before driving an hour back home. We were seated in a very timely manner with no fuss or fight. Our waiter who for one did not introduces herself took our order. Throughout the night we had to call upon three other servers because she was too busy at the bar talking and hugging on a man. We then packed up our food and paid for our food. We left a tip that reflected the service we had received. The waitress took the tip than returned it back to the table rudely stating, that we could keep the tip because she didn’t want it. We then asked for a manager and told her how rude and disrespectful the waitress was. The waitress then returned to the table as we were speaking to the manager and said “I’m here what’s the problem” with a smirk on her face. We then questioned why she so rudely returned the tip. Her words were because it wasn’t “efficient” enough for me. She then told us the we needed to leave and not come back til we learn how to tip her better (among other words). To make matters worse, the manager of the restaurant then said that she couldnt do anything about how rude she was, even though the situation happened right in front of her face.

Pasta Bella came highly recommended to me by my mail lady. She kept saying that its the best food at such a reasonable price. Since Ive only lived in Marietta for a short time my husband and I like to go where the locals go so we thought we would give it a try. Our experience was just okay. The wait staff seemed pleasant but our waiter was not that knowledgeable about the items on the menu. He was not aware of the dish we ordered and we had to point it out to him on the menu. He did apologize stating that he was new. While waiting for our food he presented us with a basket of garlic rolls and something that looked like soup with sausage and peppers in it. The sausage was okay but I did not care for the runny sauce or the rolls, they did not taste fresh. Our entrees came and we actually enjoyed it! It was a lot of food so we did take home leftovers which we had for lunch the next day. This is probably the only reason I gave it three stars. The desserts looked amazing in the case so we took two pieces to go. The slices were huge but I have to say they lacked in flavor. We might go back again and try some of the other items on the menu to see if it is still worth the trip.

The worst So called Italian food I have ever had! First they serve a complimentary sauce with pork sausage to the table (would be nice if ate PORK) But I dont as do not Jews, 7th Day Adventist, Muslims, or Christians that follow the Bible. Seems like they would find another universally accepted appetizer to serve as part of the dinner faire. Dessert was fabulous! But the eggplant parmesan I ate was horrible, the eggplant was not yet ripe, it was as thin as paper, the alfredo sauce for the spaghetti came straight from a can. The rolls were hard. The entire meal was a complete waste. Awful! I called and spoke with Manager (Tommy) told him of my experience, he said please come back and he would make sure the food was better next time, however, I would not like to come back and waste my money again.

If you are looking for a place to satisfy a home cooked Italian craving then point your GPS arrow to Pasta Bella. My family and I eat here anytime we are in the vicinity of Austell and sometimes when we are no where close by. Many times we have been hungry passing the Thornton rd interstate exit and the pull of delicious pasta compels us off the highway and down Austell rd to this wonderful restaurant. My family is split vegetarian and meat eaters and the only problem we have with the menu is deciding what dish we will have out of all the delicious choices. I personally usually decide on the portabella mushroom ravioli and I have never had a complaint. Dont forget to leave room for dessert. When you walk in the door you will know what I mean.

Went with a friend for dinner on Sunday, August 25th. They started us off with these wonderful garlicky, buttery, cheesy rolls with a tomato based sauce with sausage in it. That was awesome. I ordered the Tour of Greece platter. This came with Greek salad, gyros with pita bread, spanikopita (spinach pie),french fries (really good ones I might add),chicken and pork souvlaki and lamb kebobs. The food was scrumptous the portion was ample and I took half of my meal home and ate it the next day. I also got key lime pie and raspberry white chocolate cake to take home and that was delicious also. Fatima S was an awesomely wonderful server. We had an excellent dining experience

I have been to Pasta Bella several times and the best compliment I can give them is that their food is amazing and their service is even better. I worked in the restaurant industry for several years at places large and small and this one does everything right. The severs are friendly and generally knowledgeable, management is present and actually manages instead of filling in as whatever position they are understaffed on. I just cant say enough good things about how this place runs I have been to Vegas and San Fran several times and I would put the quality of Pasta Bellas service up beside any of the nicer restaurants there.

I dont bother to take the time to rate things so consider this something good enough to get me on the computer to tell you about it. The food is delicious, the quantity is generous, the price is fair, and the people are great. This is the perfect setting for a date night, hanging out with friends, or entertaining guests. The decorations, flooring, and paint are beautiful and create a warm, welcoming feel. The desert is delicious. If you can manage to save room in your appetite, I highly recommend you try some of their turtle cheesecake. Great quality food with generous portions that wont empty your wallet.

This place was a 9pm ish stop for dinner and i wasnt sure about a place that had every kind of food. Walked in and sat down at a table and there were paper menus with a red sauce all on them (neither the host nor our server when he came removed them) the silverware was rolled up with sauce on the napkins and sauce on the table cloth/cover. Which the cover looked incredibly old and nasty. Was it supposed to fade/ombre like that? the food we ordered was simple pasta dishes but werent very good and the dessert was ok. They offer bottled water but they arent cold. We live like 2 miles away and wont come back.

We came here because wed tried (and liked) two of the chains other restaurants: Marietta Diner and Cherokee Cattle Co. Pasta Bella was every bit as good as those and about 3-steps up from Olive Garden. Very good food, lots of it, friendly staff, and respectable prices. The ambiance was pleasant, the place was quiet and clean. Food was delivered in a reasonable time. Overall a very positive experience. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because Ive only been here once and there was room for improvement. It wasnt a bad experience by any means. Simply that I couldve been wowed or had a better experience.
